This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

Enjoyable place to stay. The apartment was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed eating on the porch in front. It is also close to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Main Street shops and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

This is a gem of a place to stay in Ashland! You can park your car and walk everywhere. Parking was off street and very convenient. Safeway is a couple of blocks away. Plays, movies and downtown are 10-15 min walk from the house and the railroad district and lettered streets are even closer. The home itself is better than the pictures are able to show, especially the living room and outdoor spaces. We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen is well stocked with what you need. Very clean upon our arrival. There were also nice touches to make it feel like a home and not just a vacation rental. Very comfortable beds. We hope to come back and stay here for our next visit to Ashland.

This is a lovely little house in a perfect location, a short walk to downtown and OSF. The house is attractive, very clean and well maintained. It did lack a space for dining but the multitude of excellent restaurants nearby made that a jon issue. The outdoor seating areas were very pleasant and the grounds neat and appealing. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Ashland.

It’s a nice property in a good location. It was quiet and peaceful the first few days, but after the unit above us was rented we frequently heard footsteps during the day and evening. They were quiet at night, so it wasn’t too bad. We had some problems communicating with the host. When I asked a question about the property, I had to ask twice before I got a response. We didn’t get the door code in the morning of check-in day as promised and I had to send two messages that afternoon before we received it.

My family had a wonderful stay. The flat is located in easy walking distance to downtown Ashland, so that we didn't have to drive at all while there. The rooms were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating on the porch at meal times.
