Superb waterfront apartment, 75m2, on the sixth floor, pleasant, modern and elegant at the Manga Beach club.<br>The apartment is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Mar Menor, which is very child friendly.<br>The living room has superb views of the park with its floor-to-ceiling panoramic window.<br>It is equipped with everything you need for a great stay, with air conditioning and heating throughout, internet and flat screen TV. Two bedrooms opening onto an 8m2 terrace is at your disposal to offer you a view of the Mediterranean in the distance. Between the building and the beach 3 pools and 2 jacuzzis, access to the beach is direct. Note a car park with private space.<br>I am at your disposal for any further information.
