Great location!

We stayed here for about a week when we were visiting from the States - though the kitchen was a bit minimalistic, it was perfect for my partner and I's stay! Everything we needed was close by within a short walk. Despite being on a well-lit and fairly well-used street, it was overall quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Absence totale des propriétaires

Après 1000 kms de voyage nous sommes arrivés à 19h30 dans un appartement très sale '( ménage pas fait, ni draps, ni serviettes)....manque de vaisselle, pas de grille pain, pas de protection matelas et drap housse;hotte sale et grasse non-nettoyée après passage ménage... Avons dû appeler en urgence le propriétaire qui apparemment ne gérait pas et que nous n'avons jamais vu.... seule satisfaction l'emplacement de l'appartement.

Bon week-end dans cette location

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans cet appartement. La place de parking et l'ascenseur sont de vrais plus. La literie est satisfaisante et l'emplacement de l'appartement est très bonne. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. De petites attentions à notre arrivée, et le linge de maisons inclus. Bref je recommande à 100%

Séjour en Montagne

L'appartement est commode, propre. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour faire des plats simples. Celui ci est situé à 15mn à pieds du centre ville. Cela peut paraître long, mais cela permet de faire de la marche et de digérer un bon repas :-) . Le parking est à l'extérieur de la résidence en extérieur comme beaucoup de résidence d'Annecy. Conseil décharger les affaires devant l'entrée avant de rentrer la voiture dans le parking. Le propriétaire de l'appartement est à l'écoute et réactif à nos question. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous le recommandons.
