This apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a small 4-storeyed building in a small alley deprived far from the traffic noises and at the same time very close to the historic center of old Annecy:
Access on foot to the tourist center 5mn by the pedestrian streets.
Businesses : in 400m of the big shopping mall ' Courier ', the shopping mall covered (see photos).
Access lakeside in 15 mn on foot.

Très bien placée

Un petit studio avec tout ce qu il faut, possible de manger sur le petit balcon le matin et le soir. Seul souci, la porte de la douche est un peu difficile à ouvrir, sinon nous avons été ravis.

Très belle location bien située près du lac vieux Annecy et choix de restaurant à proximité à pied de quoi visiter aux alentours à 30 minutes en voiture

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Annecy : l'accueil a été excellent, les échanges attentifs, et tout était très bien équipé. Nos hôtes ont été sensibles à notre confort et nous ont très bien renseignés. Excellente expérience.

Séjour idéal

Très bon séjour à Annecy. Propriétaires à l'écoute. Nous a mis à disposition chaise haute et baignoire pour notre bébé de 6 mois. Nous recommandons cet appartement bien situé dans résidence calme proche du centre ville à pied.

Proche de la vieille ville

Propriété calme, proche de la vieille ville. Appartement bien aménagé pour passer un bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et veulent améliorer le logement afin de satisfaire les vacanciers.

Très bon séjour à ANNECY

Logement bien équipé et très bien situé , dans une rue calme avec un parking privatif et proche à pied des commerces de la vieille ville,de la gare ,du lac. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous renseignent bien sur les visites à faire dans la région. Je conseil vivement cette location pour un séjour à ANNECY.

Beau studio proche du lac et du centre ville

Grand studio bien aménagé, à 10 minutes à pied du lac et du centre d'Annecy. On peut donc laisser la voiture au parking, privé et compris dans la location, et tout faire à pied. Le studio a été refait récemment et offre un bon confort, y compris la literie. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil. A recommander !

Agréable séjour

Nous avons loué l'lappartement pour la 3ème fois et sommes toujours aussi satisfait. Appartement conforme à la description, proche de toutes commodités à pied (lac, restaurant, commerces...). Séjour fort agréable

Nous venons de passer une semaine agréable à deux dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé (à 5mn à pied du lac, gare, centres commerciaux, restaurants, vieille ville...). Les photos de l'annonce sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité, l'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux. Tout le matériel nécessaire durant un séjour est disponible. De plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs au bien-être de leurs locataires. Merci à eux ! Je vous conseille donc cet appartement pour votre futur voyage à Annecy. Si nous revenons un jour, nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement !

Appart agréable et idéalement situé

Nous avons trouvé cet appartement idéalement situé. Pour ce déplacer dans le coeur d'Annecy ou bien se rendre au lac, tout peux être fait à pied. L'appartement est très bien entretenu et bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont accueillant et arrangeant. Je le recommande vivement. Si je dois retourner dans la région, je reprendrais cette location sans hésiter.

Très bonne location !

Studio très agréable conforme à l'annonce, dans un immeuble calme et pourvu de places réservées pour la voiture, et ce à 10 minutes à pied. Propriétaires sympathiques prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions éventuelles. La région comme la ville d'Annecy proposent énormément d'activités et visites intéressantes. Nous conseillons cette location sans hésitation !!

Proche lac et commoditées appart nickel

L'appartement est idéalement situé (moins de 10 min à pieds du lac, de la vieille ville et des commerces) et se trouve dans une rue non passante très calme. Une cave est à disposition pour stocker les vélos et il y des places de parking réservées pour la résidence. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce (Propreté impeccable) et les propriétaires sont très sympathique et vous conseilles sur les choses à faire et à voir, il ne fait pas hésiter à leurs demander conseils. Séjour très agréable et beaucoup de chose à faire dans les environs, on ne s'ennuie pas. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance.
