We live full time in Leland NC outside of Wilmington. We moved to NC five years ago so that we could be closer to our 2 grown daughters and our 5 grandchildren. My husband and I have been married for 42 years and enjoy golf, travel and quality family time. I am an avid tennis player and my husband enjoys volunteer coaching high school football, wood shop projects and golf.

Why they chose this property

As a child I spent many memorable summers on Folly Beach SC at my Aunts Beach home. Owning a place to bring family together is a dream come true. Kids don't remember what gifts you gave them 5 years ago but they do remember the quality time you spend with them. What better place than the beach to make memories to last a lifetime!
Topsail Island attracted us because of the laid back, small town feel and of course the beautiful views of the ocean and the Intra-Coastal Waterway. The hard sandy beach makes for easy walks or bike rides along the shoreline searching out the seashell treasures found at North Topsail.

What makes this property unique

Walk out each morning to a panoramic view of the Crystal Blue Waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy morning coffee on the large extended balcony that our end unit affords. As our unit is on the top floor there is more privacy and spectacular unobstructed views. The large private screened porch with ceiling fan offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach sitting in the large wicker rocking chairs taking in the beauty of the Topsail Sunset over the waters of the Intra-Coastal.
