Enjoy your Rügen vacation in one of the beautiful apartments of Villa Amelie, located in one of the quietest and greenest corners of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The Villa Amelie was built as a new building in the 'Mediterranean style'. The combination of modern building technology with historical building elements and great attention to detail ensures high quality of living in loving architecture. This in a particularly relaxing environment.
From the absolutely quiet location on the 'Binzer Sonnenhügel' in Klünderberg you only need a 10 to 15 minute walk to the town center with restaurants, bars and cafes and to the wonderfully fine sandy Binzer beach (15 minutes with children on your shoulder ... ;O)
In the evening, far from the hustle and bustle of the holiday metropolis Binz, you can end the day in the evening sun on your terrace and review the day's experiences ... ideally with a delicious glass of 'Riesling Villa Amelie'.
Apartment 2, 2-room, approx. 44 m²:
This apartment is very bright, spacious and cozy! Look forward to:
- Underfloor heating throughout the apartment
- bright high-quality laminate floor (somehow always looks clean)
- living area with pull-out couch (lying area 200 x 160 cm)
- Flat TV, home cinema system with DVD & CD and USB connection.
- WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
- bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm with height-adjustable headboard)
- Bathroom with toilet and shower (120 x 90 cm), hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and window to the bedroom
- Kitchenette in the living / dining room with whisper fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, button, coffee machine and kettle.
- Dining table for up to 6 people
- size approx. 44 m²
- Large double door to the terrace
- Paved terrace (12 m²) to the west with furniture, barbecue and a mini lawn (and ashtray for smokers).
The bedroom is separated from the living / dining room by a historic, three-part folding door. This apartment is suitable for 2 adults with up to 2 small children. Please note that the pull-out couch is in the living room and your evening activities are restricted if your children sleep there.
