Charming house in Beg-Meil, sea view & direct access to beach, renovated 2021

[Please note that we only let our house from Saturday pm to Saturday am. Sorry for that]

Wholly renovated in 2021, the house is ideally located in the heart of Beg-Meil, in a pretty family property overlooking the bay of La Forêt, with direct access to a lovely beach. At the other end of the garden, the center of the village (bakery, restaurants, cafes, stores...). No need to take your car, nor to cross the road. Everything is within 3 minutes walking distance... including your boat if you leave her on the beach or at anchor.
Jewel of the "Breton Riviera", the tip of Beg-Meil is famous for the number and beauty of its white sand beaches, and for the infinite possibilities offered to sea lovers: sailing, paddle, kayak, kite, fishing, diving, stroll to the Glénan islands (pier at 100m). Not to mention tennis (5 clay courts and Padel at 900m), golf (two 18-hole courses at 10km) and an exceptional network of hiking and biking trails (for rent, delivered to your home).

The house is designed for 6 persons and is composed as follows
- First floor: a large living room (50m2), bathed in sunlight, with large sofas and 10m of fully folding windows for the pleasure of being 'outside-in'. Focus fireplace with open hearth. Kitchen area behind island. Bathroom with shower. WC. Laundry room (sink, machines...)
- First floor: a large cathedral bedroom facing east-south-west with a view on the sea (double bed 180x200), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200, convertible into a double bed on request), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190). A bathroom with bathtub and view on the bay of the Forest. WC

The equipment has been completely renewed: furniture, bedding, Smeg kitchen piano (vitroceramic), Samsung 3-door refrigerator, De Longhi coffee maker, KFM speakers, high-speed wifi, TV (Apple TV box), washing machine, dryer, Weber barbecue (optional)...

You will be welcomed by Béatrice, who runs the "Note bleue", the best decorating address in the area; she will be able to give you all the advice you need (she knows everything).

The house is non-smoking. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Great stay!

We loved to stay in the house. It was a great location, just a minute from the closest beach. Lots of walks and different beaches nearby. It is great to have local shop for breads, pastries and a few restaurants only a few minutes away from the house! Thank you!

Beautiful house and area

The house is very comfortable, is fully stocked and has everything you need - even a storeroom for outside equipment that you don’t want in the house. It is located steps from the center of Beg Meil and with direct beach access. We very much enjoyed our stay and loved exploring the area by foot, car and SUP(especially the small beaches dotted along the coastline).

Stylish home from home

A fantastically positioned house just a short walk across private gardens to the beautiful beach. Equipped with everything you need and stylishly decorated. A few moments walk to the bakery, bars and restaurants so everything is on your doorstep. The only downside for us was the suspended metal staircase which my more elderly parents found difficult to go up and down- I may have missed this in the description. Beg Meil is a real find! We hope to return.

Zauberhaft

Wird durften zwei Wochen in einem wunderbaren Haus in traumhafter Lage auf einem beeindruckenden Anwesen verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich perfekt und die Atmosphäre so, dass man sich absolut wohlfühlen muss. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen, netten bretonischen Ort mit zwei ordentlichen, niedlichen Restaurants, einem sehr guten Bäcker und einem fantastischen, schier endlosen Weg, der direkt an der Küste entlang führt. Zusätzlich wurden wir auch noch mit zwei Wochen Traumwetter verwöhnt. Schöner kann man nicht Urlaub machen… Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Bruno, unseren sehr netten und sympathischen Gastgeber.

Ein liebevolles und bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage und nur ein Katzensprung zum Meer waren die besten Voraussetzungen für eine wunderschöne und erholsame Urlaubswoche. A little bit of paradise

The property is tastefully decorated, comfortable and very well equipped a real "home from home". Nothing missing other than for us an en suite in the main bedroom, although we knew it did not have one when we booked. Exceptionally light, bright and airy. Location to restaurants, bars and shops excellent literally a short walk away. The property is great; however it's location is even better. It is so beautiful being next to the idilyic beach a short walk away. This is a perfect place to relax, unwind, recharge and enjoy. Sheer bliss! Absolutely no need to go anywhere. If you are up early enough you can watch from the main bedroom the amazing sunrise over the water! Bruno is a perfect host extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. He has a close on perfect property. This coming from people who are usually very hard to please! We will definitely return! Thank you.

Séjour idyllique

La maison de Bruno a été rénovée avec goût. Elle est tres bien équipée et parfaite pour une famille avec enfants Elle est incroyablement bien située. Plage au fond du jardin de la propriété et à 2 min à pied du bourg ou l’on trouve une boulangerie et des restaurants Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !
