House Rules:
-no pets
-no smoking indoors
-no red wine or Big Red soda on carpeted areas
-no outside guests on property

Great place for couples or family

We had 4 couples stay here for a long weekend. It was perfect. Several great places to hang outside and inside. Very comfortable and clean. Owners were close by and easy to work with. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Tiana was great to work with! These 8 guests both respected our home, followed house rules, and even cleaned up after themselves before they left. We were blessed to have them use our home for Derby 2021!

Amazing home for a great Derby Weekend

Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure our group enjoyed our first visit to Louisville for Derby weekend. House comfortably slept 8 - huge backyard with heated pool, fire pit, outdoor TV, and BBQ. Amazing stay!
