Located on the 1st floor, in a magnificent early 20th-century Anglo-Norman Villa, classified, feet in the water, direct access to the beach. 55m2 apartment with 1 bedroom, furnished with 2 beds - mattress topper brain news (one 160x200cm and the other 90x200cm) and a wardrobe, with a balcony overlooking the beach. Bathroom with toilet and window. Fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, etc.) open to the living room with a sofa bed (140x190cm) and 2 armchairs; exceptional view with balcony overlooking the bay of St Malo. West facing, looking out onto sumptuous sunsets. Ideal for 4/5 people - Free parking next to the Villa, dishwashers and laundry machines. 16 minutes from the train station by foot, close to all shops, 25 minute walk from the Historic centre, and 2 minutes from the thermal baths. Children do not have to cross streets to get to the beach. You can have a car-free stay!

What a fabulous apartment in a beautiful location. Even in the cold April weather, we loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves crash against the seawall - and then hours later wondering where they went. The walk to Old Town was easy and pleasant. There were also restaurants and stores nearby. Geraldine was a great host, checking with us just the right number of times during our stay.

Astonishing location!

Fabulous sea views

Loved the idyllic setting overlooking the bay and the sound of the sea. Beds were super comfortable too. Very well equipped little kitchen

Wunderbare Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung und das gesamte Gebäude besitzen den besonderen, ganz individuellen Charme alter Gebäude.Der Kontakt war völlig unkompliziert und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Küche super ausgestattet, so das man endlich richtig kochen konnte. Gutes Bett, Wohnung sauber hergerichtet, sehr netter Empfang, gute Kommunikation vorab. Und das wichtigste: wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Eine Traumaussicht

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit perfektem Strandblick. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionsfähig und sehr sauber. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Schade ist nur, dass der Rest der Villa so schäbig ist.

La vue , un rêve

Appartement avec une vue sur mer exceptionnelle. L’emplacement est idéal, pas besoin de véhicule. De belles randonnées pour tout découvrir. On y mange bien voir super bien. ( (le bistrot du Rocher) L’appartement est agréable, bien agencé.tout y est.

Maison typique de saint malo en face de la mer Une entrée qui nous renvoie à une autre époque, somptueuse, toute en boiseries La vue est vraiment incroyable et on en profite vraiment Nous étions plus proche de l'intramuros que nos précédentes locations et cela a été très appréciable L'appartement est agréable et bien équipéTrès bon accueil de Hanan Il y a des petits points qui pourraient être améliorés dans l'appartement et le jardin mais pour un sejour de vacances, avec la vue et le bruit des vagues, on ne demande rien d'autre !On recommande cet appartement

Enttäuschend und traurig...

Wenn Werbung im Internet mit der Realität nicht übereinstimmt... Wenn man aufs Gelände geht muss man aufpassen das man nicht einen tiefhängenden Ast eines im Garten stehenden Baumes ins Gesicht bekommt. Türschloss zum Haus ist ne Zumutung. Mit ganz spezieller Technik bekommt man die Türe auf, doch die Vermieterin musste kommen und aufschließen Ganz wenig Licht im sehr düsteren Treppenhaus incl Staub und Spinnweben. Stufen teilweise garnicht erkennbar. Außenbeleuchtung genauso düster. Null Erklärung oder Anleitung zu verschiedenen Dingen,wie Heizung, Müllentsorgung etc. Zwei Betten stehen zur Verfügung. Nur eins bezogen. Zweites Bettinlett zwar im Schrank, aber keinerlei Bezüge. Erst nach Anfrage hat Vermietern die Wäsche aus einem verschlossenen Schrank geholt. Heizungssteuerung nur durch Zufall gefunden. jetzt Mitte Oktober schon kalte Tage. Es riecht in der Wohnung äußerst unangenehm. Türgriffe der Küchenschränke kleben. Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler schmutzig Viel angeschlagenes Geschirr. Brotkrümel des Vormieters noch in einer Schublade gefunden Für 10 Tage Aufenthalt nur jeder zwei Handtücher Bei Fragen zur Vermieterin lange warten auf Antworten. Auto parken auf Grundstück äußerst schwierig, zu enge Einfahrt bei einem Combi Einzig Gute an der Wohnung ist :der Ausblick aufs Wasser! Preis Leistung unter aller Sau, hier wird nur ABGEZOCKT...Schade um den Verfall der Immobilie, es wird nichts investiert... NICdiese ImmoEHLEN

Bonjour monsieur, Je considère votre commentaire comme j'ai considéré votre manque de politesse à notre égard ! vous n'avez pas prévenu de votre heure d'arrivée...nous avons attendu votre réponse et nous vous avons appelé et parlé en Allemand plusieurs fois puisque en Anglais vous ne compreniez pas ! Vous êtes arrivé vers 20H, alors même que Charline était rentrée chez elle après avoir attendu toute la journée votre heure d'arrivée. Elle a dû laisser son bébé chez elle alors même qu'elle venait de l'endormir ! vous ne vous êtes jamais excusé. Vous n'arrivez pas à ouvrir une porte ! Charline vous a expliqué comment faire et vous n'avez pas été en mesure d'écouter. A propos des lits ; pourquoi ne pas nous avoir prévenu que vous vouliez 2 lits alors que vous êtes un couple !! Il faut deviner que vous ne voulez pas dormir ensemble, n'est-ce-pas ? C'est une maison ancienne et vous aviez cette maison pour vous tout seul et c'est un luxe, Monsieur, aucun autre locataire pour vous déranger. A propos du ménage, je vais faire le nécéssaire auprès de ma Dame de confiance. Je suis sincèrement désolée que ne vous ne vous soyez pas plu chez nous contrairement aux locataires qui vous ont précédé.

Wer Altbau mag, wird sich in diesem Appartement wohl fühlen. Dazu jederzeit das Meer sehen und hören zu können, ist ein Privileg. Die Einrichtung läßt nichts vermissen

Tolles Appartment mit fantastischem Merrblick!

Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Bei Flut war es in der Wohnung wie auf einem Schiff zu sei! Wir haben jeden Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus genossen,egal wie das Wetter da. Die Wohnung hat alles was man im Urlab braucht und die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in Saint Malo in dieser Wohnung und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage eines älteren Hauses. Das Treppenhaus wirkt beim ersten Eindruck dunkel und unaufgeräumt, davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und ordentlich und man hat durch den Balkon einen spektakulären Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir konnten 7 phantastische Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos ebenso die Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und ebenso freundlich verabschiedet. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden wieder kommen. Viele Grüße Jeannette und Jens
