About this property
A Piece of Paradise in Moab, UT. Entire home
This home is truly our "Piece of Paradise". We lived here full time until our son graduated from Grand County High School this year. We will never stray too far so have decided to share our home with guests to allow us the flexibility to come and go. The best thing about this house is it was lived in by us. The furnishings, the amenities, etc are all high end and plentiful. There are smart TV's in all bedrooms, as well as a 65" smart TV with a soundbar and electric fireplace in the living room. In the kitchen you will find an Instant Pot, a toaster oven with an air fryer, blender, mixer, and anything you need to cook while you are here!

We enjoyed our stay in Moab. It was nice to stay out of the middle of town and enjoy the amazing views all around. The house was great for our stay with 4 adults and 3 kids. It was a perfect base for Moab happenings. Owner communication was outstanding. We would return if we decided to return to Moab in the future.
Beautiful house with all the necessary amenities that you would need for your stay in Moab. The friendly owner was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay at this property again.
This home was a great fit for our family of 6. The spacious living room with large couch and dining table were perfect. The house was clean and well stocked and our question about supplies was answered quickly. Overall, it was a great stay and the the location is ideal for Arches, Canyonlands, and popping into town for dinner or groceries. Thanks for a great stay!
Great location. Lots of parking. Only issue was not enough supplies for our group. Low supply of toilet paper and trash bags. We did have a small issue with ants, but the maintenance guy supplied some spray.
We had a great time and the place was very clean. Since we are an older crowd the TV's were difficult to use without cable tv....lol had a great time though and enjoyed it.
Great property. The kitchen had everything, which is always so important and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to others and stay again! The amenities are very well thought out. The showers are fantastic. The washer and dryer are very nice and convenient. My only recommendations for the property would be lamps and bedside tables and a better bedroom furniture set up in the 3rd bedroom with the foldout. It’s dark and uncomfortable in that room. My kids were in that room. Kids can make do. But it could have a much nicer set up..
Except for the closed pool and hot tub, property delivered everything that was promised. Will consider this rental again.

I am so sorry about the pool/hot tub. Very untimely for it to break down on us... Should be up & running any day. Other than that I am so glad you enjoyed your stay! Would love to have you again!
This house was perfect for my wife and I and our two teenage daughters. The decor was fun and a little quirky. We had plenty of room for hanging out together or spreading out. The beds were comfortable as was most of the furniture. We seriously wanted to buy the couch! The kitchen had nice new appliances and adequate cookware for our purposes. The backyard is small, but nice with both a gas grill and a kamado egg. Having access to the 2-car garage was also a plus. I’ve got nothing negative to say about this place. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a great property in a convenient and quiet location. Short drive to downtown Moab. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to others.

About the host

My husband was born and raised in Moab. We have always planned to retire there and decided to move there in 2019. However, job opportunities have taken us away for awhile again. We will be coming to Moab as frequently as possible, and sharing our home with visitors when we can not be there. Our son graduated high school in 2020 and has started college this year. Our second child will graduate high school in 2021 so we will be empty nesters and enjoying our time!
Why they chose this property
This property is special because it was lived in by us. What that means is we put in very nice furniture, extra amenities and frankly a ton of love. The house was built in 2012 and remodeled in 2019 and boasts a modern and vibrant decor. It is very comfortable, with the smart TV's in all rooms, the added electric fireplace, and the fold down fence table top we built to be able to eat and enjoy the view!
