Check out our beautiful 1 bedroom oceanfront condo just steps from the beach. Private balcony has amazing ocean sunrise views! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. Large 65" Flat Screen in living room and New LG flat screen in bedroom. Free Youtube TV, Netflix, Prime, HBO, Max and FS Sports included along with WIFI and DVD! Lots of board games and books for family fun!

Gated access to the beach and a private fishing pier for Sea Cabin guests. Beautiful swimming pool with separate kiddy pool. 1 Parking pass provided.

Perfect location

Perfect place to stay with a small family. Very clean and had everything you would need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beach, pool, pier and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. It had everything we needed for this trip. Very close to the beach for morning runs, swimming and beach combing. The pool was clean and warm.

Great little place for a long weekend getaway with the wife. Enjoyed having a short walk on to the beach and being in close proximity to some good eating spots on IOP. Comfortable living room area and a nice ocean view from the balcony. Nice convenience of beach chairs provided. Glenn was very responsive to messages provided all necessary info prior to checking in. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Glenn!

Perfect Condo

My family had the best stay at Glenn's condo. It's the perfect location on IOP, steps from the beach and has everything you'll need right at the condo! It's also super clean and smells great when you walk in...my 7 year old son enjoyed the built in bunk. Thanks so much for a great stay Glenn!

Fantastic location!

My husband and I took our 3 kids (14, 11, and 10) down to IOP for a long weekend. The convenient, short distance to the beach was well worth it for us. This is a GREAT location! Easy parking, walkable to the beach, pool, private pier, beach shops, and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

IOP Sea Cabins

We love IOP and the Sea Cabins. We've stayed in over a dozen of these units and this unit was hands down the most well equipped unit we've ever stayed. The owners were great. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Just book it!

Glenn’s condo was perfect for our family. We love Isle of Palms and this location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do. They even had beach gear and extra towels, so you don’t have to pack all that extra stuff. We had an issue with our car which had to get it fixed before we left town and Glenn was very accommodating with our check out time. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great location!

1st time staying at IOP we usually are in and around the Charleston area and wanted a new location for the 4th. Glenn’s place was perfection with young kids. Right on the beach and pool access for day and night swims ( bonus for our kiddos). Walkable to spots and most importantly the condo was clean and had so many extra things things that if I forgot something it’s was already provided. Loved being able to watch fireworks right off the balcony also! We will be back for sure! Thanks for sharing your place!!

Great stay at IOP

The property was great. Everything was as advertised. Glenn went above and beyond and provided a lot of extras we don't usually get on our beach trips. He even had cards and pins for my son who was playing in a baseball tournament. Great location too if you are playing at the Shipyard. Right on the beach with a pool and pier and about a 20 minute drive to the park.

Very clean and great location

We came here for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. Great location on the beach and only 20 minutes from Shipyard. Lots of extra amenities provided and communication throughout the process was great. Though the unit will sleep 5-6, the twin beds were very small for teenagers. They are perfect for younger kids, but we made due just fine with the pullout sofa. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend!

Perfect location, lovely condo

This was so perfect for my husband and I and our three teens. Glenn was so helpful before and after our stay. When we forgot a passport, he helped us find it and mailed it to us. Such a huge favor! The condo is clean, well stocked and comfortable. The views of the ocean and access to the beach are unbeatable. We didn’t have great weather for swimming, but our trip was wonderful all the same. We took day trips into Charleston and once to Savannah and it didn’t feel too far to drive. Thanks, Glenn! I’d highly recommend your property to anyone!

EXCELLENT! We will be back.

Very clean and nice place to enjoy a stay at the beach. Condo was stocked with many movies and games to enjoy during our stay. We really enjoyed to large tv in the living room for a couple movies. Fridge was stocked as well, which we did not expect. Property was on the beach which was what we mostly enjoyed. Owners were very detailed in giving us suggestions on places to eat and visit during our stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location. Host did a fantastic job communicating things to do, restaurant options and features of the condo well in advance of our stay. It definitely helped us plan and pack for the trip. The only thing was the pull out couch in the living room was a little hard, we would recommend the bunk beds.

Great trip to Isle of Palms Beach

- Clean place - Owner had some treats and coffee etc available for use by us as guests - Walkable to many restaurants and even a grocery store - easy beach access - The place is very nice. It is small but that was known going in and is serviceable for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We'd stay here again in the future.
