Un très bon séjour avec les enfants. L’appartement est bien équipé, jolie décoration. La résidence était calme. La piscine est un vrai atout. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Belle petite location, au calme, proche de la mer. L'accès aux piscines est facile. Les pistes cyclables sont proches. Très bonne communication avec Jenny et Nicolas.

Sable vignier

Petite maison propre sous les arbres au calme. Idéal pour les enfants. Accès à la piscine chauffée, agréable à la mi saison. Accès à la plage par un perit chemin. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui d occupe du ménage Jenny. Je re ommande cette locarion

Logement à revoir

Propriété agréable avec 2 piscines dont une couverte et chauffée. Par contre logement exiguë, manque de vaisselle, de rangement et climatisation mal répartie et elle fuit... seule la pièce du bas est fraîche...à l'étage c'est la fournaise du coup on dort très mal voir pas du tout

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis concernant votre expérience au sein de notre appartement. Nous faisons le maximum pour satisfaire les clients. Par conséquent navrés que cela n’ait pas été le cas pour vous. Vous n’avez pas été satisfait du logement et notamment de son exiguïté. sur ce point je ne peux pas faire grand chose , le détail du logement dans l'annonce est bien clair , 2 pièces , 35m2 Vous avez donc réservé en connaissance de cause. Concernant la vaisselle , je ne comprends que vous ayez pu en manquer puisque celle ci est prévue pour 6 personnes et qu'il y a un lave vaisselle!. Pour finir sur la climatisation celle ci fuyait effectivement et a été remplacée début septembre cela n'empêchait pas son bon fonctionnement ce que vous avez pu constater si je comprends bien . Par contre 2 ventilateurs étaient aussi à votre disposition à l'étage pour permettre de brasser l'air et ainsi rafraichir l'ensemble du logement . je doute que vous les ayez utilisé .Effectivement il a fait très chaud cet été ce que tout le monde a pu constater quelque soit la région . J'ai d'autant été plus surpris de cet avis que je me tiens informé de l'avis de chaque locataire après son départ et ce n'est pas du tout ce que vous avez indiqué à Jenny lors de votre départ . Vous aviez aussi mes coordonnées , vous auriez pu me contacter et j'aurais pu échanger avec vous et vous proposer un geste commercial. Je suis toujours dans l’optique de m’améliorer en tant qu’hôte et j’apprécie vos retours honnêtes. Cordialement,
