This property is beautiful and has a direct ocean view from the Master bedroom and living area. The building is also quiet and low density as well. Every time we leave, we leave in a relaxed state. The condo was updated by new ownership for a comfortable stay. I offer competitive rates compared to the Marriott Marco Island Hotel which is more expensive. Guests will have their own private parking space which is covered and close to the entrance of the building. A fully stocked kitchen (i.e. utensils, cups, plates, oven and microwave), a beautiful living area and a security fob to enter and exit the building. You can also request the lounge area in advance for your own private party or BBQ gathering with family and friends. You can celebrate your birthday or wedding anniversary inside the lounge area which comes equipped with a kitchen and bar. There is a beautiful outdoor BBQ area and updated kitchen area to create your own dishes. There is also a fooze ball table for the children to play,
