I offer you my cottage in SAINT PIERRE LA MER, seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast, 20 minutes from Narbonne, 20 minutes from Beziers, 1 hour from Carcassonne and 1h30 from Spain

GITE 100 m2 in a quiet residential area, 8 minutes walk from the beach, the market and shops, accommodating up to 10 PEOPLE MAX

So 5 large beds 140 cm

ONLY THE LIVING ROOM AND 2 BEDROOMS ARE AIR-CONDITIONED on the 1st floor.
The rest of the accommodation is equipped with fans.

-Electricity network not suitable for charging electric cars, Charging stations by the sea, near the Tourist Office.

On the ground floor:
- 1 BEDROOM bed 140 with fan on foot
- Fully equipped KITCHEN opening onto a large VERANDA DINING ROOM of 25m2 with ceiling fan, itself overlooking a sunny enclosed courtyard of 15 m2
- 1 BATHROOM with shower, toilet and double sinks
- 1 LARGE TERRACE under porch of 30 m2, very pleasant in summer, semi covered with stone barbecue for your outdoor meals (charcoal
is not included)

ON THE FIRST FLOOR:

Each bed is equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillow protectors and duvets

-In the summer season only, a free little train service serves the seaside resort to the beach, the market and the shops, passing every 30 minutes near the cottage.
