Host was contacted through the message center over 12 times and never responded. I contacted VRBO directly for assistance and they attempted to contact host with no response. While the issue at hand was minor (no internet), the total lack of response was shocking. If we would have had a major issue, we would have had no way to resolve. At the time of this posting (2 weeks after my stay) the host still has t responded. The location is fantastic, but the communication was literally zero. Emails, phone calls and messaging through VRBO were never answered or returned.

Très pratique et ultra-central

Un appartement simple, propre et fonctionnel, en plein coeur d'Annecy piéton. 2 vraies chambres. Emplacement idéal, attention ce sont les vieux immeubles et les escaliers un peu "raides" qui vont avec, mais c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme de la vieille ville. Parfait pour un petit séjour annécien pour faire tout à pieds (:
