The house was very clean, close to the waterfront, and had a fenced in yard for our dog. The only downside was all the construction going on, but it did not ruin our time away.
Loved our stay! Home was exactly what was advertised. Within walking distance to many of the things we wanted to do. Will definitely try to stay here again!
We are no strangers to Beaufort and this was our 2nd time staying at this rental. We love the proximity to Front Street and the neighborhood feels safe, like all of Beaufort! The house has everything we need and more, and the hosts are quick communicators. We hope to be back next year!
Broad Street Living was wonderful. House was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The location was great within easy walking distance to the Beaufort waterfront.
We had a great 17 days at Broad Street Living. This was our second stay and won’t be our last. Great location, very clean house with everything you need and a host that is a good communicator.
You won’t be disappointed during here.
Nice breezy front and back porches! House was well equipped. Very walkable and bikeable. Great being able to take our small dog. Close to grocery and pharmacy chains.
Great location in Beaufort! We easily walked to the harbor and town, found a local playground for the kids and the beach, Aquarium and Museum were short distance away.
The home was clean and really well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts provided detailed information and were responsive.
We love Beaufort - and this property was in a perfect location to enjoy it. Just a block from Ann St, and another couple of blocks to the waterfront, then a short walk to downtown. Quiet neighborhood, and great neighbors. The house itself had a great layout, with a complete set of everything you might need. We’ve been to Beaufort multiple times, and stayed in VRBO’s every time. This one is a keeper and we’ll be back.
Neighbors were nice. Quiet neighborhood.
Super short bike ride to the center of town.
Saw and met many friendly people. Holloween was so much fun! The day of the dead event in town was a riot. The fishing was awesome.
I’m booking again next year if not again in two weeks!!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Very inviting, spacious and stylish cottage. Great location in quiet neighborhood and convenient walk to museums and restaurants while admiring all of the beautiful homes and historic sites. Really liked the front porch swing and rockers and the back deck. The owners thought of every amenity to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We hated to leave but hope to return in the near future. Thanks!
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful little home. The location was perfect, we walked to town at least once every day as well as jogged in the mornings. The home was just as described, spacious, comfortable furniture, clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything. Communication was fast and responsive with the hosts, they were very nice as well. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future. The kids room also had many fun toys and trinkets that my boys loved to play with. Really cant say enough good things about this property. Thanks for having us!
Loved staying here. The backyard is securely fenced and my dog enjoyed running around. I felt very safe at this house and in the backyard at night. The property manager was very available when the power went out briefly and I needed help resetting the WIFI and TV. The house is an easy walk from the waterfront and historic downtown area. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods and seeing the pretty houses.
The Broad Street house is just as described. The kitchen was generously stocked, including with helpful items like paper towels and plastic wrap - super nice. The internet worked well. The location was quiet and at the same time very convenient to the shore and multiple restaurants and stores. The back yard, while small, worked perfectly for our dog. We appreciated the ease of the keyless door lock and the off-street parking. Unfortunately the hosts do not control the weather and about a week after one of the locals commented, "we don't get snow here," it snowed 6 inches and shut everything down for two days. Oh well.
Our 2nd stay at the property and found it to be as comfortable as the first. Very comfortable, clean and convenient to Front St restaurants and entertainment.
Our host Donna was awesome in getting right back to me with emails. Their home was extremely clean, comfortable and the kitchen was amazing having everything you need to prepare meals. We only used one of the bedrooms with the full bath attached. It was my husband, myself and our dog Leia. The living room furniture is comfortable. We didn't get to sit on the porch or back deck due to weather. This is a great neighborhood. If you decide to stay here, check with the town to make sure there is no street constuction. We were awakened every morning at 7:15 with loud street construction crews. That was horrible but everything about the home was exceptional. The Ellington's
This home is everything you could want in a stay. The location is great, easy to the highway, easy to downtown and its a quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished perfectly, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need including spices and special utensils. The porch is superb and the back deck is just as nice. A wonderful place to stay!
This was a great home in a great location. We walked to everything in Beaufort. It was so easy and the weather was delightful. The house is very clean, very well stocked and has a very comfortable layout. We enjoyed the front porch with morning coffee, evening quiet time. We would return without hesitation.
The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return.
Great place to stay. The hosts clearly care and do their best to provide everything you may need. The kitchen was great, fully stocked. Comfy couch. Only drawback for me was the bed sizes being double instead of queen, as I struggle with shoulder pain. But overall, I would definitely stay again. My dog loved the yard.
