Patio and garden, with access to two acres of private land, sweeping views across the valley and across the road the great Pacific ocean. High above the clouds at times this unique and quiet location comes with the option to have an artistic retreat. Lots of hiking, biking, surfing near by with Malibu , Topanga and The valley for a variety of experiences.
