We fell in love with this waterfront villa close to Var coast (south France ) ,for family vacations, very quiet area, comfortable house with air conditioning, large enclosed garden ,parking, paddle, bicycles ,barbecue , garden lounge ,close to shops , forest and small wild mountains .

Maison très accueillante et hôte très réactif. l'accès direct à la plage est un énorme avantage d'autant que cette plage est agréable et pas trop bondée (de toutes façons pas besoin de s'y installer les transats attendent dans le jardin devant la maison). Maison très fonctionnelle avec vie superbe sur la mer. Belles ballades à faire aux alentours. Bref la côte d'azur dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar, direkt am Meer mit viel Platz im Garten. Das Haus ist für eine grosse Familie super geeignet und auch unser Hund konnte sich im eingezäunten Garten austoben.

Une jolie maison bien située

Nous avons passé à quatre deux bonnes semaines à Noël et au Nouvel An dans cette belle maison en bord de mer et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Un accueil chaleureux avec une présentation de Valérie. L'ancienne maison a été entièrement rénovée et réaménagée il n'y a pas si longtemps, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, y compris trois possibilités différentes de faire du café. Le site est tout simplement fantastique. Directement sur la petite plage de galets de La Verne, la boulangerie à 15 minutes de marche le matin, le supermarché à 10 minutes en voiture, plus de curiosités et de randonnées à proximité qu'on ne peut en faire en deux semaines. De plus, le Sentier Littoral passe juste devant la maison et les collines de la forêt de Janas sont rapidement accessibles pour de longues randonnées et des vues à couper le souffle. Nous aimerions bien revenir.

Ein erholsamer Herbsturlaub

Ein schöner kleiner Kiesstrand und ein tolles modernes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick. Zum Baden war das Wasser schon ziemlich kühl aber die Temperaturen waren tagsüber angenehm warm, so dass wir viel draussen waren. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Auch die wundervollen Sonnenaufgänge am Morgen. Im Oktober war das Strand-Restaurant nebenan leider schon geschlossen. Es empfiehlt sich, aufgrund der Steine zum Baden im Meer Badeschuhe zu tragen.

Wonderful time at the house on the beach

We had a wonderful time with our family at the house! The location is hard to beat - it’s right on the beach! The house is well-equipped and very accommodating. You start your day with a swim and breakfast at the beach side and finish with a barbecue and dinner under the magnolia. Time flew too quickly on our holiday here, but we would love to come back again! PS don’t forget your swimming shoes - the beach is a bit rocky.
