Comfortable place to stay for our overnight visit to Frederick. 3 of us were very comfortable. The showers were amazing. Very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and quick. Recommend and would stay again.

Inside was lovely and communication with the owner was excellent. There were dirty glasses in the dishwasher and damp towels in the dryer. We had trouble with the front door lock, which is an issue when walking back from town. The upstairs tenant kept us up all night with pounding footsteps. Safety and noise caused us to leave a day early.

The condo was perfect for us as it was convenient to downtown Frederick! It was clean, comfortable and had all we needed! We did not have hot water in the master bath, called the host and he was immediately responsive. Will most certainly use this unit again!

We had a brief, but enjoyable visit. The condo was clean and comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and entertainment was fantastic! While it didn’t bother us, you could hear people in the condo upstairs from time to time. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay—this home truly had everything we needed and more! It was comfortable, well-appointed, and made for a perfect home base during our mother-daughter trip. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access not only to Washington, D.C., but also to so many incredible Civil War battlefields and historic sites. Thank you for such a thoughtful and welcoming space—we would absolutely stay here again!

This place is terrible!! Smells like mold and mildew! Moldy fries in the microwave, covered in green mold and nats! Closet had sheets, blankets, towels all in the floor in a pile! The shower was filled with half filled shampoo bottles from other people! Also, the area isn’t good. Very sketchy! The city ordinance put a clean up your yard sign on the front door ! Just horrible stay!

Thank you for the feed back. I did refund you for the 1st night and sent the cleaner to fix the smell as we have had a significant amount of rain and didn't know it was smelling bad. I appreciate the information. The sheets on the floor are the ones going to donation.. All sheets and towels you needed are in the bathrooms and beds there was no need to go in the the cleaners closet. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are to prevent from wasting plastic. Larger bottles kept full for each guest to use. We fill them from Gallon jugs. We are proactively closing the listing so we may determine what's causing the mildew from the basement. I sincerely appreciate your feedback and we will work to address the issues.
