Vacaciones con todas las comodidades

Pasamos una semana en la casa con otra familia de amigos y estuvimos muy bien. La casa está súper bien equipada, las camas y sofá muy comodos, con aire acondicionado en las estancias donde podía hacer más calor... La propietaria muy amable y atenta. Sin duda, muy recomendable.

Superbe Villa

Très bonne semaine dans la villa Paula. Très bon accueil de Diana et très bonne disponibilité. La maison est confortable, bien équipée et il ne manque rie. La piscine est vraiment bien. C'est un lieu calme mais proche de tout, centre commercial, plages et centre ville d'Alvor. Ce fut un très bon séjour chez Paula.

Période du 23/07 au 5/08 2023

Outre la qualité, la propreté de la location, avec mes amis nous avons surtout déploré pendant notre séjour le ravalement dans la résidence alors que la propriétaire était au courant. Cette location n'aurait pas dû être louée à cette période car nous avons vécu nuisances sonores dès 8h pour toute la journée, ponçage des balustrades, karchérisation des toitures et façades ne nous permettant pas de profiter de la terrasse. Sans compter les échafaudages entourant la maison de "Paula". Nous avons entamer une procédure auprès de la propriétaire pour réclamer une indemnité à la hauteur des désagrégements subis qui n'a pas été entendue. Il faut savoir également qu'au pied de cette location se trouve la piste de décollage pour "parachutes". Les avions décollent et atterrissent toute la journée. en clair, ce n'était pas des vacances dites "reposantes et calmes" et regrette la non reconnaissance de Paula. Nous avons dû demander de la vaisselle supplémentaire (6 bols, 10 couverts, 2 casseroles pour une location pour 10 personnes....). En conclusion, je trouve malhonnête d'avoir mis en location cette Villa. Nos vacances ont été fortement "gachées". Il est certain que nous n'y retournerons pas.

Bonjour, Je suis vraiment surprise et déçue de vos propos qui ne résument en rien votre séjour. Il y a eu certes des travaux sur le lotissement que nous avons fait stoppé le jour même où vous nous les avez signalé. Concernant la vaisselle personne ne s’est plein des équipements mis à disposition car ceux-ci sont en quantité largement suffisante et avec beaucoup de variété. Concernant l’activité parachute, je suis là aussi surprise de vos remarques. Ces activités sont très appréciées des locataires et apportent distractions sans gêne… En résumé je trouve malhonnête de venir « salir » les appréciations de mon annonce après tout l’accompagnement que vous avez eu pendant votre séjour. Pour ma part, je pense avoir répondu à vos demandes dans le but que votre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Cordialement Paula De Carvalho

A propriedade, com ótimas áreas, tem tudo o que é necessário para disfrutar de umas ótimas férias. Ambiente sossegado e acolhedor. Piscina muito bem cuidada.
