Welcome to our comfortable studio condo in the heart of Princeville. Hale Moi is located across the street from Hideaways Beach access and just minutes-walk to one of Kauaʻi’s most beautiful views of Bali Hai mountain and sunsets.

The studio features a new king-size bed, new bedding, as well as a brand new air conditioning unit and fresh koa-wood-look flooring throughout. From the outdoor lanai (patio), enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding mountains and Kauai’s lush greenery.

Thoughtfully stocked with everything you need—a mini-fridge with Brita water filter and freezer, toaster oven, coffee-maker, microwave, dishware and wine glasses, plus beach and snorkeling gear. You’ll be close to popular beaches, scenic overlooks, golf, pickleball, restaurants, and shopping, while still enjoying the peaceful beauty of the North Shore. Just down the street is the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, which offers more beautiful grounds, dining, and additional amenities.

Being in Princeville means convenience. The Princeville Shopping Center is just minutes away, making it easy to pick up groceries at Foodland, grab gas, visit local shops and galleries, stop at the ATM or enjoy restaurants and bars nearby.

There is no kitchen or washer/dryer but the a/c unit was awesome and kept the room cool. The bed was very comfortable! The location was ideal and felt very safe. We loved the condo and it was perfect for our needs. Would recommend!

It was a clean and beautiful studio in a good location, the only problem was that there was no sink to wash the plates or the silverware when used. The bed was comfortable. The ac didn’t function properly and made a big noise but we didn’t use it because we were perfect with the ceiling fan. Overall we enjoyed our stay ( mother and daughter)

An awesome condo in an awesome little community. Perfect for proximity to North Shore adventures, and not nearly as busy as the east and south shores. The condo itself is the perfect home base. Host was super helpful in accommodating at early bag drop off, and always responded to questions expeditiously. We had an amazing time here. 5+ stars!

Loved this cute little place in Princeville with gorgeous forest / mountain view from the balcony. Open windows for a nice breeze, didn't even need the AC but works great! Host was super nice and responsive, which made check in check out easy. Parking is straight forward. Studio was very clean and tidy, nicely decorated. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated.very peaceful and serene setting. It had everything we needed, from beach chairs and towels to even Ziplock bags and a cooler. Great paths for walking and an easy drive to Anini beach and Hanalei. Lovely view of the ocean.

We loved this condo! It was in a great location for us & very beautiful. You look out at the golf course, trees, and tops of mountains in the distance. Birds & roosters wake you up with the sun (6am). The parking was never an issue for us; we used one of the five “permit” spots each time. We didn’t have much need to contact the host. Check in and check out were easy. It is truly a suite - the bed, living room, and dining table are all in the same big room. There were cups, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, and knives on top of the microwave. The sink in the bathroom doubles for washing dishes, and there was a drying mat and variety of soap/sponges available. Having all beach supplies there and ready to use was a huge plus as we didn’t have to rent anything!

Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. We will be back when we come back to Kauai soon.

No way to clean dishes. No communication about where our third guest was to sleep. After we called and found out about the blow up bed it deflated in the middle of the night. Nice view from balcony and comfortable temperature. Probably best for couples or singles.
