THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This condo has a lovely porch and is large enough for several adults to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms.

Amazing view

This was a lovely apartment that we rented. The view was amazing! It was very clean and neat upon arrival. The staff was very helpful with the one minor need that we had. I just wish they would’ve given us more than one fob. It made planning difficult every time we left or went to the pool or out to the dock.

Great location and condo. Amazing view. We needed to pick up an additional key fob because 1 wasn't enough. Our only issue was only having 2 parking spots. Having a room that sleeps 10 usually results in more than 2 cars.

The view is great if that appeals to you. The condo is comfortable, great for people looking for rest and relaxation but basic in terms of amenities.

Beautiful view, large condo

Really enjoyed the view, the large porch, outside porch furniture, the inside was updated and neat. Three BR and 3 bath is great. The two full beds in two of the bedrooms provides good sleeping space. Lots of glasses and plates. A few notes for the owner - TV had very very few channels. At this price, I'd expect to be able to watch CNN, HGTV, Food network, but none of those were available (get the 'you must upgrade' message). Also, was discouraged when I called customer service to get more toilet paper and was told we had to buy our own, only 1 roll per bathroom. Agent told me she could not even put in an order. Only one roll of paper towels, one cotton dishtowel, and one trash bag. I didnt think to check for more trash bags. No coffee filters. No measuring cups or measuring spoons. I think more should be provided, and if not, at least at checkin Vacasa should give you a list of things to buy so you know. Also there is recycling, but no recycling can in the house. At checkin you are given a FOB and told it is for the pool, however, you actually need the FOB to get to the unit. The stairs and elevator are behind a locked door which requires the FOB. If you have a large group you might need more than one FOB. The location is very close to restaurants yet you dont feel like you are in the middle of a strip. Would like to go back again.
