This home is very comfortable and an excellent location. More amenities than most. Plenty of space to spend several days. Prescott has a wonderful downtown area. Shopping and outdoor hiking is nearby. A beautiful area to explore!
out stay was amazing. so close to the Court House Square and all there is to do there. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had an awesome stay.
Clean, comfortable, well stocked and furnished cottage. Within easy walking distance to historic downtown Prescott, but far enough away to be away from the noise. We would definitely recommend it, and would stay there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed this charming, beautiful and incredibly well organized / stocked home. The property manager quickly responded to all of our questions. The home was perfectly located next to places we wanted to visit, eat and shop. We look forward to staying here again!

The property is amazing as very well stocked, not to mention the close proximity to Whiskey Row makes it fantastic if you plan to visit and consume some adult beverages. The host was amazing and communicated well and promptly. Would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Prescott! Highly recommend this place!
Daughter and I traveled to Prescott day after Christmas to visit my 96 year-old mother. Wanted a convenient place downtown and the cottage exceeded our expectation. We will be back!
This cottage in downtown Prescott is absolutely top-shelf. The home is immaculate, with a nice layout and beautifully decorated. It also includes an inviting porch to relax or read.
The location could not be better - 2 blocks from the downtown square, shopping and
Whiskey Row.
Liza, the host, made communication and check-in friendly and easy.
10/10!!!!!
We absolutely LOVED the Cortez Cottage! Came up from Scottsdale to enjoy Christmas in Prescott and couldn’t have been more pleased. The location was absolutely perfect if you enjoy walking…the town square is a block away - can’t beat that! Being a 2bd 2ba is ideal for 2 couples, both rooms very clean, and beds were very comfy! The only thing we’d mention is that the showers didn’t have any soap supplies in the bathroom…no biggie, may have even just been an oversight. So yeah, we’ll definitely be back if the cottage is available next time!
This cottage was beautifully appointed and Close to everything. Liza was available and helpful and made everything easy. My favorite spot was the quaint porch for coffee or a drink! Super cottage!
Over the past few years, we have enjoyed stays in many of the VRBO "walking distance" to Prescott town square properties, but this cottage is the easily the nicest in every way; it is very close, pretty, comfortable, with well equipped kitchen, and in excellent condition throughout. Hope it is available for our next Prescott stay.
Fabulous property in a very convenient location with excellent parking. It was a treat to escape the Phx heat and sit on the porch with the nice breezes and quiet neighborhood. You can't go wrong with this one!
Everything in the house is clean and comfortable. We love being able to walk downtown for shopping dining and festivities. The owner is very accessible when needed. This is our second stay at this property and we will definitely be back for a third visit in the future.
This home is absolutely perfect! All amnesties are there - hosts have thought of everything. The walk to town is so short that we didn’t need our car all weekend! The beds were comfy and we had such fun playing games and rocking on the porch and enjoying the rain. We’d definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO’s in Prescott and this is by far our favorite. My daughter loved that the room was on the separate side of the house with her own bathroom and TV. The house was extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable. We just parked and walked the entire time, it’s a perfect location to Whiskey Row.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. Everything you need is already here. Very quiet location, but conveniently close to all Downtown Prescott has to offer. Even had the Christmas light parade go by the house Saturday night which was truly a treat. Property Manager was extremely easy to work with and available. Will definitely make another excuse to visit here again.
I brought my 82 year-old mother up to Prescott for her Mother’s Day present!!! The House and grounds are beautiful! It’s less than two blocks to The Courthouse and Whiskey Row. The nights were very quiet and it was nice sitting on the front patio. It was just perfect!
The inside is so clean and beautiful.
