Fabulous Family Thanksgiving Weekend in Gorgeous Home!

Everything was wonderful! From the minute we booked until we left owner and Alex, property manager were easy to communicate with and very responsive to our needs. House and outdoors are beautiful and comfortable! We cooked all our meals at home so having a chef's kitchen inside and outside was spectacular! The views on the lake were incredible and the grandkids loves the trampoline and car slide. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great too. Thanks for sharing your country home with us to make wonderful family memories!

Fabulous home on the lake, "enchanted" experience

House is fabulous with 5 bedroom. On the lake with beautiful views. In a "no wake" zone, so no fast boats zooming. Great for kayaking (they supply 2 ), paddle boards (they supply 2), swimming to their separate dock, or just going out on the boat. Amazing area for barbequing , making pizza, etc. House has it all!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful home or a more perfect location. Absolutely wonderful for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids under age 2. Plenty of room both inside and out. We wish the dock was available for our stay - would have been the icing on the cake. But overall it was simply perfect - highly recommend!

We were barely inside - the house is right on the lake with an expansive porch and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. It's worth staying here for the view, the pizza oven and for the glamour and glitz luxury decor. Our party of 6 adults, 2 babies and 1 dog had tons of space to live our best weekend lake life and will not soon forget the full bar, steam shower or the trampoline. The only issues were the hot water heater, which we had to reset early and often, and the lack of everyday items (sponges, hand soap, paper towels, etc.), which you would expect to be here, there and everywhere for the price. All easy fixes for future guests... and not a reason to give less than 4.99 stars. We hope to be back to Candlewood for more pizza in the future.

New Years Week

The location on the lake is nothing short perfection. We marveled at the views every minute of the day. The entire house is beautifully decorated with amazing kitchens both inside and outside. We enjoyed cooking every meal there, especially, with the commercial style pizza oven. Our kids also had the best time playing inside and outside and making their own pizza. Alex and the Owner were very helpful and responsive. We had the best time and there was no better way to ring in the New Year! Thanks for sharing your lake house with us.

I visited Candlewood lake when I was single and immediately fell in love.
