Located in the town of CHATEAU D'OLERON. 300 metres from a supermarket, 1 minute from the city centre and the port, 3 minutes from the beach.

This accommodation called "SUNSET" is the complete and totally independent ground floor of the 1st floor, with its garden not overlooked.

The accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave and convection ovens, refrigerator and dishwasher. On the dining room side, a table with 6 chairs. On the living room side, a sofa bed with 2 comfortable adult beds and a television.

The 2 bedrooms with double bed are separated by a small corridor in the centre of which is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Large wooden terrace with lounge, garden, BBQ and deckchairs and enclosed garden allowing you to park a vehicle.

Excellent séjour à Oléron!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur l’île d’Oléron. La maison se trouve à 10 min à pied du centre de Château d’Oléron, un Super U se situe à 5 min à pied. Merci au personnel qui nous a accueilli. Nous reviendrons si l’occasion nous le permet.

Location agréable, propre, proche des commerces et au calme malgré tout. Petite cour avec terrasse parfaite lorsqu'on a des enfants, ou sans pour passer un bon moment en extérieur.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison récemment rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée. Située au calme dans une impasse, elle offre tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'une location saisonnière.
