Nothing short of AMAZING!

We had an incredible stay at this lovely home! Communication with owner was EASY and he was always prompt to respond! The house has everything you need!! Publix just minutes away! We rented a boat and enjoyed the easy access to the Gulf and gorgeous beaches! We spent most of our time outside in the pool and fishing off the dock!! Neighborhood was safe, quiet and very friendly! House was SPOTLESS!! We felt right at home!! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect is the Happy Pelican

The property is exactly as described. Pictures did not do it justice. It was so nicely appointed. All you would need is there. It is warm, inviting and comfortable . The patio and pool area (with floats, toys, plenty of seating ) and a grill. The location is also very good. It is near Rotary Park(I walked there each morning). grocery store and anything else you would need is just a short drive. Absolutely lovely neighborhood. Jeff and Susie were the best. Touched base with us the morning after we arrived. Check out was the best I have ever experienced. Easy Peasy! Thank you so much Happy Pelican for a wonderful week. We will return.

Perfect location to gulf

Clean, attentive owners who always were available to answer questions. The use of the boat lift was a bonus. Great layout for a family. Great location close to dining.

Recommend for a family!

Our stay was so much fun! Clean, fun and had everything at the house plus some. I left allot there for the next family. I would recommend this house to anyone. Five stars for sure! We will definitely be back.

Perfect family getaway

The house was perfect for our family holiday get away. Jeff was very helpful throughout the stay and checked in to make sure everything was going good. Will definitely come back again! Great location, clean with all the amenities needed for a week in the sun!
