The house is fully air-conditioned, it has fibre and it consists of 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, the first bedroom is a master bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower and a double bed (160).
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a second bedroom with 2 double beds (140 and 160) and a single bed (90).
Upstairs still a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet.
On the ground floor you also have a WC as well as a pantry with storage for food, washing machine and dryer.
The main room (60m2) is composed of a living room with corner sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge.
Outside you can enjoy the jacuzzi, a terrace with electric awning, a barbecue and a plancha as well as a trampoline for children and a petanque court.
The swimming pool (4x8) is heated and equipped with a balneotherapy area.
It is secured by a roller shutter.
