Walk into your very own beach oasis! This recently remodeled villa is located in a quiet community with lots of activities to partake in during your stay! The community pool is kept at a warm temperature of 86 degrees, and is one of the largest pools on Manasota Key! Bring the family and enjoy a nice get away from the cold winters and enjoy the bright sunshine of Florida! The villa is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped updated kitchen inside laundry, and a Florida room for extra living space. Basic cable and internet is provided. Off street parking for one car, but on street parking during the day for guest.

Great location

Walking distance to several bars and restaurants, as well as the beach, many biking opportunities near by (WE BROUGHT OURS). Spacious and well laid out. Kitchen living room dining room were all connected and open with an additional entry way room separated from kitchen with tall counter and stools..quiet neighborhood good pool, friendly residents.

Perfect getaway

We came here with two kids (6+3) and had a great week. This property has all you can wish for. It’s a quiet 55+ community, so very laid back. We‘ll definitely be back.
