Come and stay in this beautiful apartment freshly renovated with taste, located in a historic residence overlooking the beautiful beach of Trestraou. Classified 2 stars tourist residence and labelled 3 keys by Clés Vacances.

Located on the 2nd floor with lift, it offers a view of the Sentier des Douaniers which will allow you to discover the famous Pink Granite Coast, Ploumanac'h, Trėgastel and many other places.

Direct access to the beach through the exotic garden via a private road as well as to the Casino, the new Roz Marine thalassotherapy,
Restaurants, cinema, water activities, departure for the 7 islands less than 5 minutes walk. City centre about 15 minutes walk. Carrefour market 5 minutes walk.

Living room with comfortable sofa, bedroom bed 140 x 190 with quality bedding. Small but functional kitchen. Bathroom with slipper bath. Separate toilet.

Free parking space in the residence.
TV - Free Wi-Fi (fibre) + Chromecast. All you have to do is write down your codes for Canal+ or Netflix or other before you leave... to follow your favourite shows

Good accommodation

While the apartment was small it suitable for us & our 3 night stay as we wanted to be close to the Sentier des Douaniers & other facilities. Chrystelle, our host, was very personable & provided us with any information that we needed.

La douche est trop petite il ne faut pas etre trop enrobé ni trop âgé, la cuisine n est pas une cuisine malgre le fait qu il y a tout pour faire a manger. De.plus un peu trop sombre et en travaux dans les parties communes. L acces a a la placge

En réponse à vos remarques les dimensions de la cuisine et de la salle de bain sont conformes à la description de l annonce et aux photos du site. Je suis surprise que vous ayez trouvé l appartement sombre, il est doté de 2 grandes fenêtres laissant largement le soleil de l après midi entrer dans l appartement Les communs sont en cours de rénovation mais il n y a pas de nuisances car le chantier est arrêté jusqu'au mois d octobre. Superbe semaine passée dans un petit appartement plein de charme , idéalement placé au pied du chemin qui vous mène à Ploumanach , à côté de la plage , devant l'embarcadère pour les iles...

Excellent séjour à Perros-Guirec. Appartement très bien équipé et très cosy. Chrystelle est une hôte charmante, très accueillante. Le weekend que nous avons passé s'est très bien déroulé. Le logement proposé est excellent, confortable et décoré avec goût, nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite très bien. Ein wunderschönes kleines Appartment für max. 2 Personen, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet umd ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt! Reizende Vermieterin. Tolle Lage, mit Garten, ruhig und doch zentral, der Zöllnerpfad beginnt hinter dem Haus, zum wunderschönen Strand von Trestraou führt eine kleine Treppe.
