The accommodation is reserved for families (we do not accept groups of young people without their parents). Pets not allowed, smoking outside.

Included in the price: Fibre Internet access by Wifi on the owners' connection, television, private swimming pool, heating.
There is no air conditioner because it is nice in the apartment even when it is very hot outside (part of the apartment is located underground).
Not included: sheets (You must bring bed sheets without forgetting fitted sheets and pillowcases).
Light summer duvets, blankets and pillows are provided.

Contents in the kitchen, bathroom: sponge, dishcloth, bottle of multi-purpose product, bottle of hand washing-up liquid and tea towel...
