Enjoy beautiful sunset views from your outdoor oasis. This newly built, sunlit guest house has tons of outdoor living space, including large outdoor kitchen, fire table with conversation area, covered outdoor dining area, heated 42x20 saltwater pool and large hot tub. Walk to Dionis beach or hop on the bike path and explore the island right from the house. Two private acres of land all to yourselves. Two hanging daybeds ideal for reading and napping. Plenty of lawn games and pool toys. Beach amenities include beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Easy drive or bike to town. Three floors of living space. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (one with king bed, one with 2 twins) with shared balcony, as well as 1 full bath. Main level has living room with smart tv, kitchen, dining area. Living area opens out to deck and pool area. Basement has bedroom with 1 queen bed and twin over full bunk bed, as well as full bath and laundry room. Plenty of parking. Pool cabana with 2 outdoor showers and half bath as well as covered seating and recently added fire table. Please note that this rental is for the guest house with use of pool, cabana, and all outdoor amenities. Interiors of main house and garage will be unoccupied/locked but outdoor decks on main house are free to be used. No parties or pets allowed. Pool/spa open mid-May through mid-October.

We are a family of 4 from Concord, MA and we are excited to be sharing our home away from home! We have been coming to Nantucket for over 15 years, renting for many of those years until we bought our dream property. We hope to give guests an experience as great as the experiences we got when we rented for many summers, so you can make your own memories in this special place.

Why they chose this property

There are so many beautiful spots on this island, but what we love about being where we are is the calm waters of the north shore, the quick walk to the beach, being on the bike path where we can go for walks, runs, or bike rides right from the house, and the easy access to town while being set away from the crowds. Our favorite part is watching the incredible sunsets from the backyard and pool area.

What makes this property unique

Because we are only renting out the guest house but with the use of all the outdoor spaces, you are getting a unique opportunity of having the outdoor amenities of a larger home (pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, porch and deck) but at a lower price point than many homes with similar amenities. Main house and garage are unoccupied (and locked) so you will be the only people using the property. Pool/spa open mid-May through mid-October.
