MAISON BAMBOU

House with swimming pool garden terrace, very sunny. 5 minutes from the charming Provençal village (tower map), 10 minutes from the beaches of ST MAXIME by car, ST TROPEZ 15 minutes. Calm and confident, for your small family, charming house decorated by the owner with a lot in the extension of his house. Warm and modern. Sunbathing around this superb swimming pool and its wooded garden (exclusively for tenants). Private parking. Equipped for four people, 1 master suite, one lit in 160X200 with free-standing bathtub. 2nd bedroom with a lit window and 160x200 or 2 beds and 80X200 plus Italian shower. All comfort, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room opening onto the open-air terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool with table and chairs as well as a barbecue, outdoor living room. 5x11m swimming pool (secure) with sun lounger. The parking lot is owned. 5 minutes walk from supermarkets, bakeries and a "tarte tropézienne" bakery as well as the village restaurant, on market day on Thursday morning.
In recent weeks, we have recommended a location for clothes and towels at €28 per person per week. (Payments are direct and secure)

A beautiful house, connected to the house of the owners. Nevertheless the privacy is absolutely great and the pool is 100% for private use. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, very clean and has everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Family Holiday

The property is amazing with air con in every room - bliss!! The location is also good, just a short walk into the village and a short drive to St Maxine and surrounding areas. The pool is a good size and was cleaned every day. Babet the host was wonderful, we had such a lovely time.

Fabulous

What a fantastic 2 weeks! A really great property that was just right for us as a family of two adults and two children. Superb garden and location, we loved the local restaurants and shop. Has access to more beaches than we could do in two weeks! The pool is even better than it looks. A huge thank you to the hosts who are not only great and very helpful but both wonderful individuals!

Our expectations, as a result of the text on the Dutch VRBO website at the time, turned out to be different from reality. Despite the neat accommodation, we left earlier. Fortunately, the text on the Dutch website has now been adapted to reality, namely that it is an extension to the owner's home.

Selten so schön gewohnt

Wir haben dieses wunderbar gepflegte Domizil jede Sekunde genossen.Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber & gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den Grill oft genutzt.Die Klima-Anlagen verhelfen zu wunderbar klimatisierten Nächten.Babett & André reinigen jeden Morgen das Grundstück und den Pool. Es ist wunderschön & sehr großzügig. Die beiden sind sehr diskret.Es ist möglich, ein Handtuch-Paket zu buchen, was wir gern genutzt haben. Auch den Wäsche-Concierge haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen. Sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet diese Unterkunft. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, er ist von einem Feigenbaum überdacht. Unser Haus war ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um nach Saint Tropez, Saint Maxime, Cannes, Nizza und wunderschöne Strände und Buchten zu fahren.Unsere Reisezeit war perfekt, noch nicht so überfüllt. Der Markt in Le-Plan-de-La-Tour hat uns positiv überrascht. Wir lieben die Freundlichkeit der Franzosen !!!!

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'août en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de moins de 12 ans) et profité pleinement de la grande piscine. La maison est impeccable avec une décoration agréable et soignée. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est appréciable pendant les périodes particulièrement chaudes au mois d'août. Babeth, notre hôte, a été aux petits soins et à notre retour nous savourons encore les bonnes figues qu'elle a ramassé pour nous. La mitoyenneté nous faisait un peu peur mais finalement c'est un vrai plus car Babeth et André sont très discrets et nous avons profité pu pleinement de la piscine. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location pour passer un agréable séjour!

Mooi verblijf

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. De eigenaars zijn heel aangenaam en altijd bereikbaar omwille van het feit dat ze naast het appartement wonen. Het grote, mooi onderhouden, zwembad was voor ons en de kinderen zeker ook een pluspunt. Wat ook leuk is, is dat je een terras hebt met een gezellige zit- en eethoek.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Es war alles super sauber. Was in dem Inserat meiner Ansicht nicht ausreichend erwähnt wurde ist, das die Eigentümer( sehr freundliche Gastgeber ) mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen und man Poolzeiten hatte. Es war am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Ort Plan de la Tour hat gute Restaurants und man ist schnell auch zu Fuß im Ort.

la location de la maison est une annexe à notre maison comme préciser dans l'annonce, les locataires ont la piscine en exclu (comme précisé lors de votre arrivée), je suis présent le matin de 7H à 10H pour le nettoyage de la piscine, robot aspiration changement des filtres, la terrasse et le jardin. Les horaires de la piscine 10h à 19h. Après nous sommes plus là . Nous avons été ravie de vous accueillir, et vous remercie de votre commentaire.
