The home was very clean, cozy, and in a very convenient location. We usually stay at hotels when we vacation; however, choosing this house made the trip so much easier. There’s a Target, convenience stores, and even an Applebee’s within a 5 minute walking distance of the house. The driveway can fit two vehicles and there is also a garage if needed.

This house is situated in the perfect place, close to the casino, shopping and ski resort. Plenty of space for our family, I would recommend booking this place. I would love to book this place in the summer as well.

My second time staying here and will be back! It’s a great house for a group of friends, with nice 3 bedrooms, a great kitchen, easy parking, and tons of seating and room in common areas. Everything was cleaned, the driveway and plowed from the 5 day storm that came right before our stay, and check in process was so easy. The location couldn’t be better as it is set far enough off the main road that it is quiet, but close to everything in Stateline (including the gondola) for it to be an easy walk.

Tony and his friends were excellent guests. When leaving, they did more than the usual stuff requested. Washed and folded towels. Neatly folded the comforters and pillows on the beds rather than tossed on the floor. Counters clean, etc. Excellent guests.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed new years festivities at the nearby heavenly village. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom worked great for our elderly aunt with mobility issues. Host was very communicative and accommodating.

Lovely stay and great communication!

The house was perfect for our stay! We went up during a big storm and Marcia was great to communicate with and very flexible. Great location to ski Heavenly and to casinos! Would absolutely stay again.
