This property is ideally located across the street from Siesta Key Beach: about a 5 minute walk to the water. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and other stuff provided. The condo itself is updated, very clean, and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The trolley picks up right out front providing essy access to downtown Siesta Key. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at this condo and again we loved our time there. Besides our unit being clean and very comfortable, its location is terrific for walking to the beach and into town. Also the owners are wonderful folks to work with.

My wife and I stayed a month at Phyllis’s wonderful condo. Not only was the communication great with Phyllis as she is very caring and wanted to make sure we were all set. But we loved the beautiful condo. It was spacious, clean, and decorated with such class. And the location was the best we ever had! Everything was perfect and we plan to be back! Wonderful stay!

Once again our stay was wonderful. The condo is well furnished and offers numerous amenities such as bikes and a garage spot. It's conveniently located just across from the beach. The owner, Phyllis, is excellent to work with.

Very happy with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect in every way; nicely furnished, impeccably clean and very comfortable. And its location is nice and close to the beach and easy walking distance to Siesta Village. Also, we very much enjoyed Phyllis' hospitality. Will be staying there again next year.
