We had a great weekend here with our kids! The location is fantastic - right on the beach, great views from the deck and close to restaurants/groceries/shops. The house was exactly as described and stocked with all the essentials. We’d absolutely stay here again and/or recommend to others!

Loved our stay in Kitty Hawk! This is our second time visiting this house. The location couldn’t have been better, and the views were absolutely incredible. Everything was provided as expected, making our vacation smooth and stress-free. Beautiful home, lovely experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location!! Directly on the beach with incredible ocean views from all levels of the house. Great location close to dining and shopping as well. House was exactly as described, nothing fancy but with a location like that who really spends much time indoors! Incredibly comfy beds and great, cold air conditioning on both levels. Really enjoyed our stay!!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The house was perfect it had everything we needed for a week at the beach, chairs, boards, and sand toys!! We sat out under the stars every night listening to the ocean and catching a glimpse of several shooting stars. It was unlike any other house we have stayed in the straight stairs from the beach to the upper deck was a great set up with a foot sprayer half way up. I would say if you have small children stop my target and grab a cheap baby gait for the top worked great. Joanne and Ken were great at check in and check out didn’t need anything in between. Would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to return in the future!!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The house was clean and exactly as described. It’s right on the beach so we got to enjoy beautiful sunrises and lots of time in the water. We we dolphins from the porch several times. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

The home was very clean and literally steps from the ocean. We had a family wedding in a nearby town and decided to stay a few extra days at the beach. Beautiful views from the deck to enjoy your morning coffee! Hot tub was very clean as well.

We came in town for a wedding. This was a nice place to get away and relax. Loved the beach views from the kitchen table and couch. Home was very clean and everything was as described. We were able to see the sunrise 3 mornings which was beautiful. We would definitely come back!

Nice stay on the outer banks

The house and location were exactly what we needed for our quick trip to the Outer Banks. While the cottage isn’t fancy, it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is great! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!
