Family appartment in front of the see
Family apartment of 50 m² that can accommodate up to 5 people in a high-end co-ownership, very well-maintained and equipped with a swimming pool. The beach is 20 meters from the apartment (no road to cross).
Very well located just in front of the sea, you can enjoy a very appreciable view from the loggia.
Close to beaches and shops while staying away from the hustle and bustle of pedestrian streets. Just a stone's throw away from the shopping alley that leads to the port and also from the trails that run along the cliffs.
The price does not include:
- Cleaning fee to be paid on site upon arrival of €50
- Bed sheets, which are available if needed for €8/bed.
For the year 2023, the swimming pool of the co-ownership is open from June 3 to September 24.
