Summary:

Welcome to Fairlane #9! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The Fairlane apartment building has been a staple of the Capital Region International Airport for over 40 years. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the middle level of the building. We had a blast setting this one up. We hope you like it :)



The Space:

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Coin operated washer and dryer located on the first floor.



The Neighborhood:

Directly across from the airport! Theres a dollar general along with a few beverage/corner stores within a half mile of the apartment!

Other Things to Note:

-The shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor.

-Extra towels and sheets available on request.



We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.

Posting staged well

We found a musty smell from dirty carpet Kitchen was surface clean garbage disposal clogged smelled chairs at chipped table not what was shown. We left three days as I found something else. Laundry was not available washer full of water and looked disgusting. First failure after renting with Vrbo for years

Hey Jill! We are very sorry about the issue you had with the disposal and washer. Both were quickly rectified. Issues do come up from time to time. And, while we get to them as soon as possible, sometimes, depending on the size and scope of the issue, it can take a day or so to resolve. We've had no prior complaints of any smell in the unit. Nor have we had any since. This unit has been consistently full for a couple years now. So, we very much believe your experience is the exception , not the norm.
