Fantastic villa in a great location

We stayed 10 days in this amazing spacious villa. The bathrooms have been recently refurbished to a very high standard and the pool is stunning. At the time of our stay we had ripe bananas on the trees too!

Spacious and well equipped villa

A beautiful, older style, spacious villa with wonderful outdoor space which isn’t overlooked. Consisting of a large courtyard with bbq area, good sized pool, beautiful mature gardens and plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade. The villa was well equipped both inside and out. Located in an ideal position near all amenities and the beach, but far enough away to be peaceful. The owner and property manager were great with their communication throughout the booking process and during our stay.

Perfect large house for lazy days in the sun

The house, garden and poolarea were just as good as described in the advertisment and well kept. The house was originally build for social life and entertainment and as such it is perfect. Pool area was top-notch and we found many areas round the house perfect for eating outside or just having a drink. And as extra bonus, not many houses has a grown up garden of the highest standard. Bananas, oranges, lemons....facinating for someone used to apples and plums. Finally some words about the owner and contact person. Cannot ask for more. Quick in reply and when type of communication was sorted, everything was as good as you possible can ask for! Highly recomendable house for big families and parties!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien, 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern für 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist noch schöner und größer als man es auf den Bildern sehen kann. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten, viel Stauraum, sehr schöner Poolbereich, gute Betten, relativ neue Klimaanlagen.Wir haben nichts vermisst und waren sehr zufrieden.vielen Dank an den netten Gastgeber und die liebe Manu, die vor Ort für uns zuständig war.

La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos, un magnifique jardin, de grands espaces aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille et avec des amis. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La communication avec Francis, puis avec Manu était parfaite. Manu qui nous a accueillis est très sympa et réactive. Merci!

Nice villa

Lovely villa with beautiful gardens and outside space. Very spacious and well equipped. Would recommend car as very residential area and not much public transport and roads often without pavements. Overall very enjoyable.

Wonderful Holiday family of 6

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Francis’ property in El Tosalet. The property was large and spacious extremely well equipped and perfect for our family holiday. The pool was perfect and we made great use of all the outdoor space at the property as the weather was so hot! We enjoyed swimming in the local cove at Cala Blanca and breakfast by the sea nearby. We also loved our visits to Denia for activities (parasailing, ringos, sub-wings and spanish lessons) and walking into the local town livelier of Javea for dinner, shopping and other activities. We would love to return again one day and thoroughly recommend it.
