We stayed for 4 nights/3days. Place was clean and we had plenty of room. Much better than a motel room. Kitchen had everything needed if someone wanted to cook meals and all appliance were very clean. The neighbors are all friendly and the area is quiet. We will be returning soon and hope we will be able to stay there again.

We stayed in apartment C before and had a good experience so we came back to try the upstairs. Would recommend it as well. You cannot beat the location. I highly recommend River's Edge Pizza. We got pizza and took it to the park to eat. Very nice area and a great time was had. A

Older home in town converted to rental apartments. 1 full bedroom, 1 twin bed on the 2nd story landing, one sleeper sofa in the back room/ laundry area. the entire living space appears to have some recent updates as well as a remodeled bathroom. Note that the only bathroom is on the 2nd story- this was a problem for my elderly mother, but she ended up staying with her sister for the week. Overall a decent place to stay with the convenience of downtown Dundee food and shopping.

Located in downtown Monroe Michigan we are easy to find and located close to everything. We’re about 10 miles from and Enrico Fermi 2 plant, one and a half miles to ProMedica hospital in Monroe, And many other industries and corporations.

Why they chose this property

Half block from town where restaurants, bars, and shopping are within a walk of the apartment. You can buy bait at the deli one house away to fish in the back yard at the river's edge. Or just have a nice little bonfire!

What makes this property unique

Located close to Cabela's Bass Pro, Splash Universe, and unique shops. Very restful location is what we are told by previous guests.
