House Manuel:

Waste pickup occurs Wednesday and Saturday mornings; recyclables on Thursdays. Place bins curbside the night before, with a penalty of $80 for non-compliance.

Grill usage is permitted; kindly ensure the grill is cleaned. Please refill the BBQ gas when empty, and we'll reimburse with a receipt.

Parking regulations:
No overnight street parking.
No parking on the grass.

Booking terms:
Maximum occupancy is 5 people.
Safety Devices:
Ensuring peace of mind, our security cameras and noise monitors activate on movement. Locations: doorbell (street-facing), backyard (canal/waterfront and boat), and right side of the home. Rest easy with our vigilant system.

House rules:
Not suitable for groups under 25.
Absolutely no smoking in the house.
No pets allowed.
No parties, gatherings, or events permitted.
Guests are prohibited from tampering with the boatlift
Swimming in the canal is strictly prohibited.

Continuous adult supervision is required whenever children under 18 are in the seawall area, including the deck and floating dock. The host unequivocally disclaims any and all responsibility for incidents, accidents, or injuries that may occur in the property.

To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, refrain from playing loud music or shouting in the backyard. Outdoor loud music is strictly forbidden.

Adjusting the thermostat below 73 degrees is not allowed to ensure proper operation of the AC system

Please be aware that sharing subscriptions to streaming platforms like Netflix, HBO Max is not legally allowed by the host. Guests are kindly requested to use their personal accounts.

Accessing the onsite boat is entirely prohibited unless it is rented, and the captain assigned by the owner is present.
