This was our second stay at this property, so obviously a winner. Listing is accurate, house is spacious, clean and comfortable, price economical for area, and location is perfect. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

We had my daughter’s wedding in Lake Placid this weekend. This house was perfect for our family. It was comfortable and felt like home. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. I would definitely stay here again! Also…the location was perfect!

Perfect Family Vacation

We ended our summer with a 3 night stay here! The owners were wonderful to work with! The house was just as described and was perfect for our family and golden doodle. It was clean and updated. Having linens and towels provided made it so much easier as well! The location is amazing. 4 minutes to walk to the Mirror Lake beach and 6 minutes to be in the center of town which is filled with great restaurants, adorable shops, and more. We purchased the "passport" and loved going to Whiteface Mountain, the Ski Jump, Bobsled site and Ice arena. Our kids range in age from 5-13 and everyone (adults included) had the best time. We cannot wait to go back and would love to stay here again!

Everything was as advertized. nothing bad to say. just an issue with the electronic lock(it had been changed but not updated) we couldn't go in the house with the code but my daughter called Denise and was all fixed within minutes. We were ther for a hockey tournament. Was perfect for us, parked the cars on friday and didn't have to touch them again. Everything was within walking distance. Would recommend highly and will probably be back again if we have to come back again.

Great time in Lake Placid

My friends and I had a great time visiting Lake Placid for the ECAC Hockey tournament. We love this location and have stayed there several times over the years. Can't beat it for proximity to the arena and several local establishments. Really like the improvements they have made to the property over the past few years.

Family Hockey Trip

This rental was in a perfect location for all things hockey that we had on our agenda while we were in Lake Placid. It was easy walking distance to the Olympic center as well as everything in town, which was so convenient because parking gets so hard during these busy weeks. The rental had plenty of space for our family and all the essentials for our stay. We had an issue at the beginning and messaged the host who was wonderful and addressed the issue in an understanding and timely manner. The host was very communicative and accommodating, especially when our son’s championship Hockey game ran late on our check out day and we needed extra time at the house. We will definitely be looking at renting again for this tournament and others and recommending this rental to others.

Lake Placid Lovely and great Location!

We had a group of six adults and one dog. Loved the charming house - and right next to the skating oval. Very convenient to town and very walkable neighborhood with a dog. House was perfect size for our for our group with 4 bedrooms, 1 bath upstairs, and living room, dining room and kitchen and another full bath downstairs. Kitchen had plenty of room for cooking and hanging out with the cook! Large entry area for our gear. Owners very responsive. Lovely place, would definitely book again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house. Location is perfect - walking distance to anything! House is well stocked with anything you might need. Very clean and the owners are very quick to respond. I highly recommend this listing! We will be back next year!

Fall scenery and ice hockey!

The house was perfect for all and dogs! We enjoyed our walks to the lake with the terrific views. We enjoyed the family time at the house. We skated in two games at the 1980 🇺🇸 rink. The only thing we could not control was the weather 🌧️ for hiking . See you next year!

My husband and I Garry have loved Lake placid since we were young. When our children played ice hockey, we were there every year. We have a love for Lake placid.

We love where the house is located. Close to the ice rink, mirror Lake and all the shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This is a great house for Iron Man. As you see one of the pictures, the bikes ride right past our house. There’s a great cheering section right across the street.
