There is also a car park in the basement available. A lift offers direct access from the car park to the apartment on the (3) upper floor (easy for transporting luggage and loads to the apartment).
Location: Located halfway between the La Duquesa marina and the Sotogrande port, 3 minutes by car from the beach (1.5 km from La Cala Cerdeña), 15 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella and 50 minutes from Málaga.
For golfers, a dozen golf courses within 10 kilometres. For beach lovers, at the foot of the hill, kilometres of unspoilt beaches await them.
The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

Very beautiful apartment with everything you need. Stunning view over the Lagune.
The main door lock wasn’t closing please check this, and also one door in the kitchen wasn’t closing. And please leave bit of salt in the kitchen we only had sugar. For example to cook noodles.

Heerlijke ligging van een zeer mooi appartement
Contact met ZapHoliday verliep zeer vlot. We konden de sleutels zelfs vroeger afhalen omdat het appartement vroeger klaar was. Alles was zeer netjes en proper. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal en de residentie ligt rustig op een heuvel met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Je hebt wel een wagen nodig voor je verplaatsingen want je ligt wel een beetje ver weg van Horeca en winkels en de weg naar de residentie gaat vaak steil omhoog.

Tres bel emplacement, calme et proche des commodités. Décoration très basique pour la location
La vue de la terrasse
La terrasse en bois, les planches bougent et craquent. Un peu de décorations plus chaleureuses. L'agencement dans les armoires ( j'y ai mis un peu d'ordre).
