This corner lot is in a residential culdesac perfect for kids with bicycles. The morning sunshine through the kitchen slider is one of my favorite features.

Located 5 Miles to Kingston & Rhinecliff Bridge, 1 mile to Village of Saugerties, many area walking trails and 30 minutes to skiing.

Home away from Home!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 teens had a comfortable one week stay . Check in was easy, the entry lock box worked well. The kichen is modern and well supplied with appliances and cooking and eating necessities. There are good places to eat nearby. It is a quiet, nice neighborhood. We would stay there again!

Had a great experience. Checkin was super easy. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed making meals in the newly renovated kitchen. Then eating them looking out the sliders at the pretty back yard.An added plus was the comfortable furniture on the deck including lovely pots of flowers.

Great stay!

I stayed here with my mom for the weekend. The house was just perfect for us. It has a nice updated kitchen with everything we needed. The family room was ideal for hanging out and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The house is in a great location - it was so easy to get to where we needed to go, but the house itself was in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and perfectly located

This house has so much room with an open floor plan, a huge yard, and many conveniences! Plus, the place is super clean and in a cozy neighborhood, yet with easy access to everything. The hosts are welcoming and make everything easy, providing all essential info and more. Last but not least, the WiFi is totally reliable. We would certainly stay here again.

Visit to Saugerties

The house was newly renovated and clean. We attended an outdoor concert at the astounding sculpture garden created by Harvey Fite Opus 40. Convenient to Thomas Cole and Frederich Church (Hudson School painters) homes; to Hyde Park and presidential library of Franklin Roosevelt and homes of the Roosevelts; close to Culinary Institute of America (get reservations early); and so much more. Area has endless trails, waterfalls, river views as well as art and history.

Amazing!!

We went to Saugerties to see our Son. He is playing summer ball up there with the Saugerties. Stallions. I looked and looked for a pet friendly place big enough for the 6 of us and found them absolute gem!! The house was amazing. The owner was very quick to answer me back any time I had a question. Even took time to let me know the house would be ready early. The house was very clean and well kept! If I am ever to go back to Saugerties, you can bet where I’m staying!! I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars!!

Great House Rental

We enjoyed this VRBO rental. Regina was prompt and accurate with information. The house was spotlessly clean. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. During a hot summer, the fairly new central a/c units were particularly appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment most vacationers might need, and there is a large gas grill out back. I would definitely rent this house again if I were in the area. Thanks, Regina, for providing such a well-kept accommodation!

We were at a wedding in Saugerties which has a very cool and funky old downtown. This home was out of the downtown area, plenty of room for our family of four, VERY clean, and the owners were very accessible and easy to deal with. All in all, I highly recommend!!

Ski trip weekend

This house rental was perfect for a group of 6. It was very close to Main Street in Saugerties which had several dining options and about 45 min drive to Windham Mountain. House was clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here for the HITS horse show this summer! A very nice, clean, updated home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice sized yard for our dog! We enjoyed Netflix at night after dinner in town. Convenient to the horse show and many restaurants in Saugerties! We really enjoyed the new bakery across the street, The Meltaway open Fri-Sun, for delicious baked goods, coffee and cupcakes! Great communication with host and easy check in! We would definitely stay again, thank you!!

This property was abandoned for 8+ years. We worked tirelessly to update it from the inside out. New electric, blown insulation, new roof, walls, plumbing and more. You will enjoy all the new amenities like HVAC units, granite, tiled floors and rustic wood floors we insisted on keeping.
