Our comfortably furnished apartment on the ground floor is located in a house with 16 apartments. With approximately 64m ² living space it has a large living room with solid wood furniture, dining area in the bright bay window and new, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both equipped with comfortable mattresses and adjustable slatted frames), bathroom / WC, large south-facing terrace with beach chairs, patio furniture and sun loungers. A large sunshade protects from the sun. The windows have outside blinds. Many extras, z. B. Coffee pod machine z. For example, for a delicious Cafe Crema (in addition to the conventional coffee machine), hair dryer, DVD player, LCD TV, games, books and DVDs for the whole family. Pets are not allowed in the NR apartment. In the whole apartment are allergy-suitable floor coverings, ie. Designflooring, laminate or tile. Free parking in the underground garage, W-LAN for multiple devices free of charge. With full occupancy of the house, it is the property management, if necessary, only spend Wi-Fi tickets for 2 devices to prevent overloading the network. The apartment is quiet but centrally located in Boltenhagen "Mitte", only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and the pier in the "Residenz am Park". The house is located about 100m behind the spa. There also begins the Baltic Sea Allee with several cafes and shops. You can find 2 big shopping markets (Aldi + Markant) in about 350m distance, several bakeries are about 200 m away. Bus stop at 50m. The linen packages are included from 7 nights in the price for 2 people - for our baby travel bed, the laundry is required. The apartment has received the classification of a 4-star apartment by the German Tourism Association (DTV) on the spa of the seaside resort Boltenhagen.

Netter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Boltenhagen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist direkt im Geschehen, 5 min zum Strand, Buddelsachen und spiele für Kinder, Rollos zum kompletten Abdunkeln. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Ich würde sagen, dass die Wohnung heller ist als auf den Bildern. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller.Das große Bett ist leider ziemlich durchgelegen, sodass wir irgendwie nicht so gut geschlafen haben - das macht viel aus. Der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse könnte mal wieder eine Säuberung vertragen.

Die moderne Ferienwohnung hat eine wirklich tolle Lage!In nicht einmal 5 Minuten konnten wir den tollen Sandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichen.Die Ausstattung war für uns als Familie perfekt mit Kinderstuhl, Babystuhl und Reisebett.Vor allem die Küche ist auch top ausgestattet!Lediglich in der Badewanne fehlte der Stöpsel (wir haben aber auch nicht weiter danach gefragt).Die ebenerdige Terrasse war auch super, um den Kinderwagen abzustellen.Alles in allem fanden wir die Ferienwohnung Julia sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Es hat alles gepasst,super eingerichtet und gemütlich.Uns fehlte nur ein Ventilator, bei bestem Wetter war es doch ziemlich warm in der Wohnung trotz geöffneten Fenstern.Leider konnten wir in den Fahrradraum nur mir nassen Füßen kommen,da davor eine riesige Wasserpfütze die ganze Woche stand.Die Übergabe war reibungslos und gut organisiert.Gerne kommen wir nochmal.

Tolle Wohnung mit mäßiger Betreuung

Wir haben 6 wunderbare Tage in dieser vollausgestatteten und sehr gepflegten Wohnung verbracht. Leider trübt uns der der Eindruck im ganzen doch ein wenig da wir Recht schroff beim Check-in empfangen wurden und die bein Checkout auch mit einem Recht schlechten Gefühl die Wohnung verlassen haben. Freundlichkeit wird wohl bei der Argentur die diese Wohnung für die Besitzerin betreut nicht gerade groß geschrieben. Bei einer Reinigungspauschale von 100€ würden wir schroff auf jeden Kleinigkeit (z.B. ein Kinderstuhl der am Tisch steht und nicht wieder im Kinderzimmer wo er beim Check-in stand, das Kinderbett das sich nicht zusammenklappen ließ weil es klemmte) hingewiesen und deligiert. Obwohl ja die gut bezahlte Putzfirma die Wohnung noch mal komplett reinigen wird mussten wir uns uns mit einer schleicht gelaunten MA auseinandersetzen die jedes Möbelstück monierte das nicht pinibel auf seinem Platz stand. Habe dies noch nie in so einer Art erlebt. Als Gast erwartet man eigentlich das man freundlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet wird.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Buchung über FD problemlos, Kontakt zu Inhabern schnell und gut. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, (außer Mikrowelle, aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau). Die Lage ist toll, Parkplatz in der TG und abschließbarer Fahrrad-Abstellraum vorhanden und sehr gut. Übergabe und Rückgabe mit Herrn Welk ohne Probleme. Wir würden die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Lage war ideal für uns, auch über die Terasse haben wir uns sehr gefreut. In dieser Ferienwohnung wurde an Alles gedacht, manchmal schon ein wenig zuviel. Dadurch gibt es zuwenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für eigene Sachen. Das betrifft besonders die Kleidung und die Möglichkeiten zur Lagerung on Lebensmitteln in der Küche. Alle Schubladen und Schränke in der Küche sind belegt. Aber, es fehlt kein wichtiger Haushaltsgegenstand. Im Badezimmer sind die Duschmöglichkeiten in der Badewanne. Das brachte massive Probleme für meine 85jährige Mutter und für meinen gehbehinderten Mann. Für die Beiden war die Benutzung der Dusche nicht möglich Noch etwas zum Internet. Es ist einfach eine Katastrophe. Selbst mit diesen Codescheinen ist ein Einloggen sehr schwierig., für einen ungeübten Benutzer fast unmöglich. Dazu kommt, dass die Dauer der Code täglich schwankt, was eigentlich unverständlich ist. Natürlich waren wir viel im Ort und in der Umgebung unterwegs, aber heutzutage gehört ein funktionierendes Internet zum Standart Aber das sind nur die Probleme am Rande, die Wohnung war trotzdem, das Beste, was ich bisher gemietet habe. Vielleicht sollte man die Art der Dusche genauer angeben, damit sich evtl. körperbehunderte Gäste darauf einstellen können.
