A holiday with space and comfort!

Stay in this large, bright 3-room apartment of 80 m2 (860 sq feet)fully renovated, located in a quiet and green area, close to shops and beaches and just outside a cycle path. The perfect spot for a holiday with family or friends, up to 6 people!
Private swimming pool + private garden with pergola and rest area. Exclusively reserved for tenants.
Its large living room offers a fitted kitchen extending into the living/dining room equipped with a 140 cm convertible sofa and an office area. Bathed in light, it opens onto a balcony for sunny moments.
The sleeping area offers two beautiful bedrooms with closet. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second offers a trundle bed. On the sanitary side, you will enjoy a beautiful bright bathroom with bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower as well as separate toilets, for more privacy.
A landscaped garden is offered to you with an above-ground swimming pool of 5mX3m attached to a play area, as well as an outdoor shower and a dining area and rest area under a beautiful shaded pergola.

The most of the accommodation:
Beds prepared on arrival. Bed linen and towels (100% cotton) provided per week of stay.
Wifi with optical fiber, 4K TV, SONOS wifi speaker, private parking, air conditioning in the living room-kitchen.
Cot (Mattress + bed linen) if needed.

Rental of a women's hybrid bike size M + adult size inflatable paddle board kit + car attachment system available at an additional cost.

Das Haus war wunderschön,sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ! Gleiches gilt für den Aussenbereich und den Pool,der sauber und gepflegt war! Vom Haus aus war alles gut zu erreichen,insbesondere Restaurants ,Supermärkte etc! Wir würden nochmals kommen!

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Vanessa. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec des équipements et une literie de grande qualité. Il est d'une propreté absolue. Il est très bien décoré. Vanessa est une hôte très attentive et réactive en cas de problème. Le voisinage est calme en effet. Le petit "moins" sont les bruits de circulation et de sirène des secours assez intensifs l'été.

Maison familiale avec charme et qualité de prestations

Cette location était parfaite, la maison est propre, décorée avec goût, literie très bonne, il ne manque rien. Jardinier pour entrenir la piscine et arroser le jardin.
