Well appointed apartment, in a quiet gated community with very good and cheap public transport links

Stayed here for 8 days, Magali was very attentive and responded quickly to any queries we had, very peaceful and quiet area with extremely good public transport links close by. We had a wonderful stay as part of the rugby World Cup, would recommend, the beds were very comfortable and the accommodation was cool so you got a good nights sleep.

A hidden gem

This is a property we will definitely come back to! In fact, we liked it so much, we booked it for an additional week. This property is in a wonderful location. It is within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. It is just a quick drive into Old Town Nice, Monte Carlo, and numerous vineyards. The host is amazing and wonderful to work with. Everyone from my 5 year old to my college student enjoyed this stay. Thank you!!

Family France vacation

Great property in the south of France! Thank you for having air conditioning & a pool! We needed it during this hot summer. This property was very spacious for our family of 5. The private neighborhood was great, having our own parking spot was great. Wish the neighbors didn’t block our access in & our, but we managed.

Très bon séjour

Logement bien situé pour visiter la région (Nice, Monaco, Menton, Grasse....). La gare est à 400mLa clim a permis de bien dormir en soirée surtout avec le bébé.Le logement est tout équipé ce qui est très appréciable. Et il y a une place de parking pour 1 ou 2 voitures ce qui est un gros plus. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme.Magali nous a très bien accueillie et aidée.Cap3000 est à 600m pour le shopping et les supermarchés type Leclerc/Intermarché sont pas loin mais accessibles plutôt par voiture.

Villa à l'étage très confortable, 3 grandes chambres, petite piscine jardin, très bien située proche Marineland, Nice, Aéroport et cap 3000. Climatisée et excellent accueil.

sehr schöne Wohnung nahe Nizza

Die sehr saubere Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet mit einer wunderbaren Terasse. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Domain und liegt sehr Zentral um Ausflüge zu den sehr nahen bekannten Städten an der Cote d´Azur zu machen. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen und haben die Wohnung bereits an Freunde weiterempfohlen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
