About 20 minutes walk to the port. The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Henri was very helpful and the area felt safe.

Comfortable, roomy apartment with pretty much everything a traveller needs. La Rochelle is a busy town and this apartment is in a quiet area yet close to everything. Decent supermarket close by. Host is friendly. Despite my poor French and his poor English we were able to communicate effectively.
The property was ideal for myself and my sister.
There was easy walking access to the centre of La Rochelle. Parking under the block was a bonus and saved trying to find a parking space after each trip out.
A small Carrefor supermarket nearby was very useful.
It would have been useful to have a plan of the centre of La Rochelle in the apartment, marked with it's location and the supermarket and points of interest.
We had a fantastic stay at Henri’s place. He meticulously went through everything and offered assistance, if we should require it, during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and very clean. The place is easy walking distance from the harbour. There is also a supermarket just up the the street. When we were leaving, Henri kindly drove me to the station as I had recently had 2 knee replacements. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to La Rochelle (I hope u do because it is beautiful).
We had a great 3 night stay at the apartment which is easy to find, very well located within a short walk into La Rochelle. The allocated, secure underground parking was a massive plus.
Plenty of family restaurants and a small supermarket within a few minutes walk of the apartment.
The only challenges we had were communication with the host (our texts / SMS didn't get through to Henri) the only messages Henri received from us were via the website.
Aldo, we have fed back to Henri that the apartment needs a new vacuum cleaner as the ones in the apartment didnt work which made cleaning on departure more time consuming.
Overall would definitely recommend this apartment to either a family with small children or 2 couples.
Très agréable séjour dans cette belle ville de La Rochelle. L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien placé entre le vieux port et les Minimes. La place de parking dans l'immeuble est un vrai plus.
La communication avec Henri a été sans problème.
Appartement très confortable et situé tout près du vieux port. Emplacement idéal avec un Carrefour City tout proche et ouvert tous les jours jusqu'à 22h très appréciable ! Proximité également d'une pharmacie, d'un cinéma et de nombreux restaurants accessibles à pieds.
Nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir ! Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible, les formalités de départ et d'arrivée se sont très bien passées.
Lage 10 Minuten von der Fähre in die Altstadt entfernt in reinem Wohngebiet ohne Restaurants/Gelegenheiten abends auszugehen. Sehr ruhig. Auto dank Tiefgarage gut untergebracht. Wohnung in großem anonymen Wohnblock. Loggia enttäuschend. Klein, wenig gepflegt, ohne Aussicht. Größe der Wohnung perfekt, Wohnung allerdings wenig gepflegt. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Weite Wege ohne Aufzug.
Accueil très facile, parking très pratique et emplacement très agréable car assez proche et très calme , loin du bruit du centre. Appartement tout confort basique et simple.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : appartement propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Le propriétaire est très aimable et l'appartement dispose d'une place dans le parking souterrain de la résidence. Que du positif !
Logement spacieux et bien placé. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Plage et centre historique à 15 min à pied. Facilement accessible. Merci à Henri pour son accueil.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Proche commerces et 10min à pied du centre. Accueil un peu froid du propriétaire.
Logement bien situé, très proche des transports en commun (bus et passeur), Vieux Port accessible à pied.
Logement bien équipé et fonctionnel.
Parking en sous sol très appréciable
Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Bel appartement au calme , a 10 min a pied du vieux port par le passeur .Emplacement ideal avec petits commerces, cinema ,plage a 20 min a pied ... Garage fermé sécurisé...
