We offer a former caretaker's house of 55 m², independent, for 4 people completely restored in 2022 in a property by the sea. Small terrace with bistro table. Coastal path and beaches 4 mins walk. Nearby: nautical base, nearby shops and transport. Ballads on GR34. Near the Brière natural park. La Baule, Pornichet, Pornic a few minutes by car.
Ground floor: open kitchen; living room; shower room with WC; 1 bedroom; small terrace overlooking the garden of the property.
Floor: entrance; 1 bedroom. 2 beds 80x190.
Parking in the street in front of the house. Available all year round.

Simply Perfect

This is the nicest short-term apartment we have ever stayed in. Really, it is the nicest and we have stayed in many nice places. It was simply and beautifully appointed including having a nicely equipped kitchen. There were several thoughtful touches - like the step under the bathroom counter to help a child reach the sink or the small bench by the door to remove and stow shoes. Looking out at the lovely garden is just peaceful. And the apartment was perfectly comfortable. The location is better than we expected. The access to the Chemin des Douaniers is just steps away - less than 250m away. And, there is a nice beach just at the bottom of the steps at this access point. (The chemin is over 2000 km of seaside walking trail. But even the short 1 km walk to the lighthouse is a beautiful stroll.) We hope to have a reason to stay here again. Our hats are off to M et Mme GENDRE. Merci beaucoup!
