Located on the shores of Kona City, it is off the main road providing calm, ocean-view relaxation from every device. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo's or Don Beachcomber's is a two-minute walk away and other restaurants are just a fun stroll away. The white sand of Honl's Beach is less than a quarter-mile south and the Kona Farmer's Market half a mile north.

The complex offers an elevator that provides convenient access for all. On the ocean side, you'll find a heated salt water swimming pool and a grill on the south end of the complex. There are laundry machines available on each level.

Each unit includes designated parking, safe WIFI, and cable TV. Both units, like Lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is non-smoking. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.
