About this space
A beautiful second floor Penthouse that offers an excellent view of the historic court house and square. Our location gives you walking distance to all places on the square including the 2nd oldest brewery in the country, boutiques, hair and nail salons, home decor , antique shops, clothing and apparel, specialty treats, restaurants and bars.

We have free parking and also a private elevator for any handicap needs..

The space
A spacious bedroom with balcony and walk in closet. Master bathroom with full walk in shower and seat bench.

Guest access
The Penthouse offers your own personal elevator to allow you access to the second floor if needed.

Other things to note

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse in downtown Monroe! The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. The space itself was incredibly clean, updated, and thoughtfully designed—every detail contributed to a comfortable and relaxing experience. The arcade game was a fun bonus and a great touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

An absolutely delightful stay. The Penthouse was so comfortable and those chairs!!! One of our group said...'Better than a hot tub!'We so appreciated all the little touches. Location was great, lots of fun stops in Monroe. If you play pickleball, the new courts are amazing! Thank you. We'll be back.

The penthouse was beautifully appointed. It looked even better in person than in the photos. It felt like a luxury hotel in the middle of a small town. Check in was seamless. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The penthouse is a great place on the square. Beautiful place. Everything you need they have covered. This is our second time and we will be back. The egg chairs are awesome. Very close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed on our wedding night, it was a beautiful spot! The hosts were great, they came and helped when we had a small issue and even left a wedding card for us.
